A great location for beach at Aldeburgh & the little Village of Thorpeness and good access for Southwall and Sutton Hoo. Area is beautiful English countryside. Accommodation is exceptional, clean & spacious with a very accommodating hostess Karen. Fantastic breakfasts. Would choose again if back in the area

Situated very close to Ipswich train station. A very warm welcome by the owner. My room was at the front and there is a bit of train noise, but this didn't bother me. The room was spotless and very neatly presented. The shared bathroom seemed clean too.

Il servizio era secondario a nessuno. Così amichevole e utile. Le camere erano deliziose e ben progettate. I pasti erano deliziosi, e l'intero posto aveva un senso di casa. Io consiglierei molto la vecchia birra Cannon.

I have been here twice before as I was visiting my sister who lives in Thurston the accommodation was great & the breakfast was excellent & the staff very friendly will come again in the future.

just an overnight stay room only, road noise during the night disturbed sleep but otherwise it was fine
