Rustholli 1 is part of a cottage village of 10 cottages. 11 km east of Tampere, 450 m walk from Näsijärvi, with a public Kumpula beach, shallow sandy bottom. Round log cottage built in 1986. Sleeping area with two 80 x 200 cm beds. Living room with kitchen and dining area with sofa bed that can be converted into an additional 140 x 190 cm bed for two. Loft with 120 x 200 cm mattress as an additional bed for one. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The kitchen has an atmospheric artificial fireplace that produces pleasant heat using an electric heater. Attached to the cottage is an electrically heated sauna, a shower and toilet in the washroom. There is an electric pole in the yard for car heating in winter (no electric car charging). A tennis court can be rented separately in the middle of the cottage area. A well-located rental cottage a short distance from the centre of Tampere. Jogging paths start next to the cottage, which take you all the way to the centre of Tampere, even through the Soukonvuori nature reserve. In winter, a good network of cross-country ski trails also starts nearby. Kauppi nature and sports area is located 9 km away. Separate lakeside sauna (wood heated sauna stove) with a hearth room with fridge, washing room, dressing room, shower, WC. Lakeside sauna is located about 110 m distance from the cabin and it can be used year-round. Cabin is located on the rocky hill and there is a slope from the cabin to the shore. It's recommended to use road from the cabin to the shore (distance 150 m, also accessible by car during summer). There are also stairs to the shore, but they quite steep and because they are wooden, they might be slippery when raining (stairs are not in use during winter). The cottage is situated in a country village on a hill and the sauna is down by the lake. The nearest neighbour (50 m) is a grain dryer which is used only few weeks in August/September (causes some noise when working and it can be heard on the cabin yard).
