Il servizio era abbastanza buono. L'unico servizio davvero ricevuto è stato il check-in e il check-out fino all'hotel stesso. Il cibo era abbastanza buono. Colazione al Rise per meno di 15 dollari.

We were supposed to be on an entire non-smoking floor but the entire hallway reeked of *********. Every time we came and went from the room. It was awful.

For such a high cost to stay the amenities and the staff were not very helpful. We got 2 towels in the room for 4 people and had to wait 2 hours to get another. They couldnt bring up an cake or strawberries for a bday. They lost our luggage for an hour....they didnt know which valet after going to the front desk 3x to look for it. There is a tuentable you cab get for the room but i had to carry it to my room myself.

Door handle breaks off in the bathroom, chipped, drinking glasses, waiting an hour to receive your luggage is a ridiculous amount of time. that bathtub is so unsafe on every level. There should be a clearly marked sign and easier access for entry. My daughter scratched her leg and bruised it and she’s only 30 you guys are asking for a lawsuit. Protect your guests!!!

The resort dining options were limited to a food court or high end dining, the Hard Rock Cafe was closed for two days and the Rise cafe was only open for breakfast, had to leave the resort to eat!
The room was subpar, had a broken curtain that you couldn’t shut and the shower was a tub that water pooled on the floor, for this price should be a walk-in shower. Overpriced for average amenities !

After reading some of the reviews, I was concerned about staying at the Hard Rock. However, we had a great experience. Our room was very nice, spacious and clean and no smoke smell. The staff was very friendly. The pool was nice. There are multiple dining options to meet every budget. The later you are in the ******, the smokier it will get which is to be expected at a ******. We saw a great show and appreciated not having to deal with parking and driving home after. We are not gamblers so we would never stay here unless we were there for a show. But we would definitely stay there again and again for a concert. We loved it!

The entire stay was a pleasure. Not quite an all inclusive, as everything is a-la-carte, but after check-in all we wanted was within...until we departed.
