Hotel a Hollandsche Rading, Paesi Bassi

Questo hotel è anche molto buono. È proprio sotto la stazione ferroviaria centrale di Utler. Da finestra a giù è l'orbita del treno. Alla stazione di entrata è per quattro o cinque minuti. C'è una grande città commerciale sopra. Ecco un grande parcheggio biciclette 🅿️ sotto è la stazione metropolitana, L'automobile è molto costoso, il trasporto pubblico è conveniente e si sente sicuro nel terreno prospero. Le strutture sono molto nuove, è la sensazione di progettazione dell'hotel, ci sono piscina superiore e palestra, e la sauna è davvero molto buona. Due tipi di persone possono scegliere. Molti giovani amanti o coppie vengono qui in vacanza. La piscina è 5 coppie di amanti, e mi sono lasciato con alcuni bambini. Molte chiese e edifici vecchi nelle vicinanze, anche le università, molti piccoli bar intorno a mangiare e bere, sono molto più economici di quelli della stazione ferroviaria.Non è il tempo per andare in città vecchia, molti locali mangiano e bevono lì. Un punto che non mi piace molto è che l'ora di partenza è un po'prima alle 11:15. Non sei ancora entrata in partenza alle 11:15. La reception deve essere presa con l'ascensore. Questo è un po'arrabbiato, e tornerai in pochi minuti. Il colazione è anche prezioso, comprare 19 euro al mattino provvisoriamente, comprare 16 euro al momento dell'alloggio, e pagare un'imposta locale di circa 4 euro per l'alloggio.

The room we were given was one for people with a disability, which meant it was very spacious. The decor was nice, the beds comfortable, although a little soft. The bathroom was also spacious and had everything a disabled person would need. It didn't bother us we were staying in this room. We didn't have breakfast but had a coffee which was good. Because this room is on the ground floor just behind reception and next to the breakfast room we did experience noise. There is a 24-hour coffee and tea making facility in the breakfast room which is great. However, when we were staying, there were people in there even in the middle of the night, as we could hear the chairs being used (scraping sound which was very audible in our room). That got worse when breakfast service really started in the morning. It made sleeping a little challenging. We would stay here again, but would definitely ask for a room on a higher floor and further away from the breakfast room. Check in and out was quick and easy and staff were friendly.

A very warm welcome from reception staff put us in a good mood to enjoy our stay and the welcome card we found in our room was a nice touch. The room was spacious, quiet and bright with a very comfy bed with interesting/fun/quirky decor. The location was very convenient for the centre of Utrecht. Breakfast was very good, and there are a number of cafes nearby if you want to explore alternatives. We loved staying here, and a comfy chair in the room would have been the 'icing on the cake'

I had a terrible experience in this hotel at the end of August. Someone(s) broke into my room for 2 consecutive days with my door confirmed locked. The hotel didn't treat me seriously, they couldn't provide any convincing explanation or compensation. I went there for a business trip and had booked this hotel for 10 nights. The break in incident happened in the early morning 5:30am after my first sleep. I heard someone tried to open my door, but because I had locked it, so the intruder shaked the handle a few times, and eventually it did open!!! I went down and reported to the reception directly and asked if there was any CCTV. The staff said she didn't know...had to wait for her colleague to come back to answer me in the evening....by then i was told that there was no CCTV in this hotel...and they admitted it was one of their staff who broke into my room!!! I requested an explanation, the front desk only said it would not happen again. I requested to meet the duty manager, she said the manager would talk to me tomorrow....this is how they treated this security issue and code of conduct ”seriously”. Totally unacceptable. I could only go back to my room for the 2nd night. But then at 7:15am in the next morning, there was someone broke into my room again!! With a loud door closing sound, which i even more confirmed then the first time. The intruder went out as well before showing his/her face. It was unbelievable!!! I reported to the front desk again but they seemed not believe in me. Said it was not their staff this time and it was impossible to unlock the door with other cards. Long story short, it took me a whole day again in order to talk to the duty manager. And i personally showed her how to unlock my door using her card. She was finally speechless and arranged a new room for me. She said would investigate But I still could not receive a solid explanation in the next day and really felt unsafe. I was not able to sleep well and was super alert to different sounds. The next day the GM finally met me, but then still no compensation or with any gesture of apology. Didn't feel i was treated seriously so I decided to change the hotel for personal safety. They still charged me the fee for the 3 days. This was my worst hotel experience ever. È un ostello, ma con tutte le comodità del caso. Viene fornito tutto, incluso asciugamano. In bagno sono presenti saponi di ogni tipo e c'è anche l'asciugacapelli. Ci sono diversi bagni e diverse docce, in uno stato di pulizia generalmente più che sufficiente (anche se le docce puzzano un po'). Si soggiorna in una vecchia chiesa all'interno di dei Pod (cubicoli) che si possono ”chiudere” con una tendina, garantendo quindi un minimo di privacy. All'interno del Pod c'è una scatola di ventilazione che però non basta, di notte, a tendina chiusa l'aria nel Pod si fa rovente. Ci saranno oltre 50 Pod e purtroppo gli armadietti emettono un suono acuto ogni volta che vengono bloccati e sbloccati. C'è quindi una sorta di beep beep costante. Il suono andrebbe levato, c'è già un'indicazione luminosa che indica lo stato dell'armadietto. 50€ per un ostello sono tanti. Per curiosità ho ricontrollato se all'ultimo minuto ci fosse qualche offerta ed i prezzi erano saliti addirittura ad oltre 70€, decisamente troppo per un loculo.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our 2-day stay at this hotel. The 3 person room was spacious and well equipped. We were very positively surprised by the beautiful canal that our room was facing. The view of the canal from the indoor pool was also idyllic and very relaxing. We loved the outdoor terrace and the family of ducks. Drawbacks: The glass door in the bathroom has no lock and provides little privacy. Better charging facilities for devices should be available in the rooms.

A wonderful stay at this superb 5 Star hotel in the heart of the beautiful city of Utrecht. The wonderful Koen van der Berg and the team are the epitome of excellent customer services and high standards. This is my 4th visit and it won’t be my last. From the well appointed rooms and beautiful grounds to the excellent facilities, this has to be one of my favourite hotels. The Michelin Star Karel 5 Restaurant is simply sublime and an experience not to be missed. A culinary masterpiece awaits that scintillates the tastebuds and reveals delightful experiences in every bite. Chef Leon & his team bring theatre to the table. The passion and knowledge of the team ensures diners are captivated from the start of the performance. The star of the show is the ingredients and how they have been elevated into works of art and brought to life with classic, delicate finishes. I enjoyed every dish that was served on the meat & fish free set menu. Each one championing to be my favourite, only to push me into a quandary to decide which was the most memorable. A truly exceptional experience that embodies passion and excellence.

Quality of Housekeeping is not up to the mark. I have accute dust allergy , I started sneezing when I had placed my stuff in the room and also saw hair in the bathroom. It’s inside the mall and commute was great. Also had seen the common elevator had foul smell before getting inside the hotel. So be aware of public and floating population issues. Breakfast was good. Rooms are smaller for standard size.

Wij hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Personeel is allemaal bijzonder vriendelijk. De Queenkamer was knus, gezellig en erg schoon. Koffie en thee op de kamer en heerlijke luxe doucheproducten in grote flessen aan de muur (zelfs aan conditioner en bodylotion is gedacht!). Heerlijke comfortabele bedden en warme inrichting. Ontbijt vonden wij heerlijk; ook hierbij was aan alles gedacht en zelfs toen wij ons vergist hadden in de tijd werd alles uit de kast gehaald om het ons toch naar de zin te maken. Het hotel is inderdaad ietwat gehorig maar ik denk ook dat dat veelal met het sociaal gedrag van andere gasten te maken heeft. Als ik midden in de nacht naar mijn hotelkamer ga dan ben ik gewoon stil maar helaas is niet iedereen zo en dan wordt je inderdaad wakker ‘s nachts. Afstand tot centrum is super. Wij zouden zeker nog eens terug komen!

Bella hotel, prezzi decenti, buon bagno, ma davvero solo mancanza di informazioni. In primo luogo, l'hotel è in un centro commerciale, e non c'è indicazione di quali porte sono aperte dopo il centro commerciale chiude e che non sono. Google Maps non è a conoscenza di questo, quindi se si basa su questo o un servizio simile per riportarvi all'hotel, siate a conoscenza che non funzionerà, e i dipendenti non vi forniranno informazioni utili su questo a meno che non lo chiedi. Per il record, finalmente sono riuscito a entrare via Catharinje Esplanade. Secondo, forse è perché ho visitato in vacanza, ma non c'era nessun servizio di front desk o camera tardi alla notte, che sarebbe del tutto bene se la comunicazione fosse fornita. Ma non c'era alcuna indicazione che il servizio in camera presuntamente 24 ore non fosse in realtà 24 ore. Di nuovo, certamente non ingannare i dipendenti una notte di notte. Ma *gestione* deve fare un lavoro molto meglio comunicando quali servizi sono o non sono disponibili e quando. Non promettete qualcosa che i vostri dipendenti non possono fornire. Se la gestione si limitasse a fissare aspettative realistiche e fornisse informazioni un po' più utili, sarebbe un bel hotel.
