What a lovely Hotel, i stayed here for 5 nights and from the second I stepped through the door I felt very welcome, Nga on the Reception was so friendly and informative and she really helped me with her knowledge of the area giving me lots of ideas of places to go , and all the rest of the staff always had time to help me with a smile on there faces. The breakfast was lovely, the hotel was spotless and the bedrooms were so nice and the beds were mega comfy and the price was very reasonable. The Hidden Beach is approximately 5 minutes' walk from the hotel and is amazing. Overall, I loved my stay in Hoi An, and if I'm ever travelling there again, I would definitely use this hotel.

Wow, fantastic hotel. Lovely rooms and facilities, really comfy bed, nice balcony with a view of the sea, great breakfast in the restaurant, great pool, towels bar, spa facilities. Snacks available.The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. All the staff are friendly and very helpful and lovely afternoon tea by the pool

Personalen var fantastisk trevlig och hjälpsam på alla sätt, hotellet är fint men lite slitet. När vi var här så var det inte så många gäster så man fick beställa frukost istället för buffé men den var god.

Athenia I booked this place for six night. Upon arrival I was disappointed to see that it was nothing more than a soulless hotel. Absolutely zero atmosphere. The reception area feels like a Drs waiting room. They claim on booking DC that they have a restaurant. There is no such thing. They simply provide you in your room with a pizza and pasta Menu. This is made off site and delivered to your room! The selection is abysmal. Negatives ; There is no restaurant despite what the hotel claims Also no bar Breakfast is served only until 10am They won’t serve it in the room Hotel room furnitre is very dated Public areas of the hotel are very dated Surrounding hotel is ugly scrubland littered with rubbish Staff don’t speak English My door didn’t lock from the inside Location is 15 mins from the night market and river , too far to walk. Nothing whatsoever in the location of hotel , no shops, cafes, restaurants nothing. If you want to eat you have to get in a taxi and travel fifteen minutes to anything of interest. Or subject yourself to their pathetic pizza menu in the room. One evening I was struggling to get a taxi back and forced to get a bike in the rain back to the hotel . AC is a unit on the wall so if you want to change the controls in the night you must get up. There is no remote provided No soundproofing so in the morning you can hear all the maids shouting and moving things up and down the corridors Most times there is no staff at the reception desk at all. Positives Bath was great Bed comfortable WiFi works well Pool area is nice. Upon vacating they claimed that a laundry bag was missing. I had a meeting to attend and yet they kept holding me up insisting that I look in the room, or somehow find the elusive laundry bag. In the end I offered to pay the 200 dong for the bag so that I wouldn’t be late for my meeting. I ended up booking into the odyssey which has a bar, a proper restaurant , is a ten minute walk to the old town, much more modern rooms, nice pool area, also with bathtub. And at the same price!

Lovely staff, big bedroom and king size bed. Pool and bar were lovely. Staff very attentive. Good variety for breakfast. They like to chat so it’s encouraged. Hired bikes and ride around the beautiful rice paddies. 5 min walk to beach. Would recommend.

Best hotel ! Near the beach , but In a quiet location, lovely staff, beautiful rooms, best hotel in Hoi an !

なんと言ってもスタッフ全員が親切で気持ち良く滞在できた。

조식 깔끔하고요 직원분들 다 친절합니다 ㅎ 바로옆에 24시간 마트있는데 바코드찍어서 가격재대로주는 곳이구요 걸어서 가면 바닷가쪽은 멀긴하지만 나름대로 괜찮은 거리였습니다. 한국식처럼 깔끔하게 잘되있구요 깨끗합니다 숙소추천해요 근데 아쉬운점이 제가묵엇던방은 티비가안됫어요 ㅠㅠ

Stayed for 6 nights. Reception staff Trinh and Phoung are a credit to the hotel. So friendly and smiley every time they saw us, helped with booking trips, advice on where to eat, things to do and where to stay on our next journey around Vietnam. Nice buffet breakfast, Sau was also very helpful and chatty every morning. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, free bikes available but a taxi ride away from Hoi An old town (cheap enough though)

가격대비 괜찮은데 가고자하는 곳과는 좀 거리가 있다 그리고.손님들이 올린 사진중에 수영장이 있어서 선택을 했는데 수영장이 없어서 많이 아쉬웠다

Absolutely stunning hotel with amazing staff that make the stay even more memorable and enjoyable. Say and Phuong are so lovely and took care to ensure we were always comfortable. Can't recommend this place enough - perfect location, clean spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and honestly two of the kindest people we've met in Vietnam so far. Would definitely come back here. Located just across the road from An Dang beach, it's just perfect.

The Athenia Hotel is well located. By taxi the center of Hoi An can be reached within 10 minutes but the location is still very quiet. The breakfast is amazing and offers everything from scrambled eggs (if wished) to passion fruit. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well sized. A special compliment to the staff which is always around and happy to help. Here I want to mention Sau who is very friendly and helps wherever and however he can.
