Hotel in zona Risdon Brook Dam, Hobart

We stayed here for three nights while exploring the area around Hobart. Our room had two single beds, a small table with two chairs and a couch. I liked the large window, making the room bright. Towards the door there is a small kitchenette: Extra sink (!), microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. There was also cuttlery and plates to prepare our microwave dinners. Perfect for our purpose. The bathroom was small but well done, plenty of room to keep the toileteries. Also there is a line to span to hang some clothes - great idea! Everything was clean and seemed to be new. There was always parking for us and we slept well. We enjoyed our stay and it was a great place to crash out for the night after a day full of sightseeing.

Abbiamo fatto un check-in il domenica alle 4:00. Non sappiamo che il personale era andato bene. C'è un check-in in servizio e un telefono con nessuno all'altra parte. A quanto pare non avevano dettagli di me, che era difficile da credere. Non sono sicuro di come ho fatto una prenotazione senza alcun dettaglio, ma stavo seduto sul sedile davanti alla ricezione, chiedendomi come andare in camera mia o se avessi bisogno di dormire in macchina. Siamo stati fortunati che uno degli altri ospiti sia venuto in passato e non potessero entrare neanche. Ci hanno dato un numero di telefono, che era la compagnia sorella. Grazie a questa persona è riuscita a farci entrare. Il manager è venuto a accoglierci il giorno dopo? Non è vero, ci siamo fermati per quattro giorni, così male, non consiglierei questo posto a nessuno.

Abbiamo soggiornato per il maratone Cadbury, che inizia la Cadbury Factory a Claremont. La posizione non è solo buona per l'evento, ma anche lontano dal centro di Hobart, che è a 10 minuti di auto. Lo spazio del parcheggio è condiviso con BWS. Il frigorifero contiene due flaconi d'acqua complimentari. Apprezziamo la loro gentilezza per permetterci di uscire tardi circa le 12:00. Mio marito poteva fare una doccia dopo il suo 42 km di corsa!

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel Tasman per una notte, siamo molto soddisfatti dell'intera esperienza.Prima di tutto, il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono.Il personale Cindy è amichevole e felice di aiutare le persone. Ci hanno accolto con entusiasmo e ci hanno aiutato a gestire le procedure di soggiorno. Sono molto preoccupati per le nostre esigenze e offrono un servizio di parcheggio di alta qualità. La camera dell'hotel è molto spaziosa e pulita e pulita.Il letto è molto comodo. Ci sentiamo rilassati quando ci svegliamo.Le strutture nella stanza sono complete, c'è una TV a schermo grande con cromaca, camera ad alta tecnologia Ci ha lasciato un'impressione profonda.Il cibo è molto fresco, molti tipi di cibo, probabilmente il buffet più fresco che abbia mai avuto.Non importa se sono frutta, yogurt, pane, torta o cibo caldo, ci sono molte opzioni. Abbiamo provato alcune specialità locali, sapore e sapore sono fantastici. La posizione dell'hotel è anche molto conveniente.Si trova nel centro della città, a 5 minuti a piedi dal mercato della salamanca, e gode del piacere di cibo e shopping vicino. In breve, abbiamo trascorso una notte molto piacevole all'hotel Tasman.Il servizio dell'hotel, le camere degli ospiti e il colazione sono molto buoni.Recommandiamo fortemente l'hotel.

This hotel met all our needs for the 3 night trip to Hobart. I would stay here again. It's centrally located to many things in town. The staff we met were all extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfy. Bathroom is small, but its not like its a place where we spent a lot of time so it gets the job done. My two suggestions would be to add a shelf in the bathroom where one could place their stuff and add an overhead light so you could turn on the light when you came in the room. If you're a modest traveler who doesn't need a lot of frills or ton of space but looking for a clean and cozy place to spend the night, you'll like it just fine!

Situato a 2 notti a Ibis Styles Hobart. L'hotel è strategicamente situato nel centro della città, vicino alla Salamanca Place e alle strade commerciali della città. L'hotel dispone di una bella piscina cucina, un giardino e una moneta operata lavanderia. Amore il ristorante cinese nella zona di lobby, serviva alcuni dei piatti cinesi deliziosi cucinati per la perfezione. La stanza è compatta ma ben decorata. La pressione dell'acqua nella stalla della doccia ti darà certamente il rinvigore. Le strutture di parcheggio sono disponibili ma sono a pagamento presso AUD 23 per il parcheggio overnight, leggermente più economico se si opta per il parcheggio di sovraflusso dietro l'hotel. Il pranzo è servito al ristorante cinese, ma non un unico pranzo cinese per colazione, che ironia! A mio parere, almeno il riso fritto o le noodles dovrebbe essere uno dei piatti, poiché ci sono molti asiatici che si trovano in questa proprietà. Se lo fanno, gli darò un'altra STAR. In generale, è un soggiorno fantastico e confortevole!

Great base for our 2 night Hobart stay. A little out of the city centre and up quite a steep hill, I'm not sure it's location would suit those without a car, but if you have one it's an ideal spot. The whole property looked well maintained including the pool and games room (although we didn't have time to use either). Our 3 bedroom villa (no. 12) had a fantastic view out over the city and river and easy parking in front. It was very spacious, clean, modern and comfortable with two bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) and a compact but perfectly adequate kitchen. I would have given five stars but we were there during a heat wave and although the air conditioning worked really well downstairs, there is none upstairs and it was very hot by the end of the day making it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately there are no flyscreens on the windows either, so we didn't feel comfortable opening them. Aside from this though a great spot for spacious self contained accommodation.

The Bay Apartments are a good value but simple place to stay in Hobart. We stayed here for 1 night this week, in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean but small. It had an overpowering smell of cleaning products when we arrived but this dispersed during our stay. The bathroom is a traditional shower-over-bath, and there is a small living area and flat screen TV. There is a small cooktop and sink, and a bar fridge. The apartments are a short walk to a large range of restaurants, a Woolworths and a Cole. There is also a pub (almost) next door. It is a short drive to Hobart CBD and there are public buses out the front. We were apprehensive at first as it was quite noisy (noise from other guests and from the road), but this didn’t affect our sleep quality. There is parking outside the unit and one reverse cycle aircon unit in the living area. Don’t expect a fancy property- this is a basic but well presented unit at an affordable price point, not a $300/nt property. If you set your expectations correctly this is a very good property. The stairways to the upstairs appartments are very narrow and it is difficult to carry large cases up and down. I’d stay here again if looking for a basic stay in Hobart, but probably not for multiple nights.

I am very disappointed as I thought I booked a room in Wrest Point but instead it was in adjacent property called Motor Inn. I felt that I have been cheated as the picture in the booking details showed me Wrest point Towel and not Motor Inn. I thought the room was called Motor Inn as I have not been there to know the existence of Motor Inn. When I queried about it, they said it was the agent's (trip.com) fault . To move to the main tower will cost me an extra of $80. I felt I have been conned and they should have placed the Motor Inn building photo instead of the tower of Wrest Point in their website for booking. (It is deceptive marketing - show you a ferrari for sale and got a lemon after you have paid for it) Motor Inn is an old building and does not have lifts to the room we were allocated and being retirees , we have to carry our bags up to 2 flights of stairs. On top of that, the room walls were not sound proof and you can hear every customer slamming their doors and flushing their toilets. I thought we have booked the room with the sea view instead there were only bushes as a window view. It was so embarrassing when I thought I could request for a room on a higher floor in wrest tower for good views but instead shown out of the door to an old adjacent building call Motor Inn. In all its websites and advertising, there is not 1 photo to show Motor Inn as Wrest Point . It has always being the tower used to promote the sale of their rooms. The Bistro food is poor quality and costly. We order from the caviary and the food came out to be cold and dry. We wanted to try the other 2 restaurants Kwan Ho and the one on the 17 th floor in the main tower but were told they were close. I thought being a top notch hotel, their restaurant will be open 7 days instead they are closed 2 days.( sun and mon). - the days we were there sat,sun,mon) They have a fantastic location but sad to say they don't have the marks of a 5 star hotel.
