Hotel in zona District 1, Ho Chi Minh

I recently stayed at the Hilton Saigon in District 1 and was thoroughly impressed. I chose an Executive Room with a view of the Saigon River, which was breathtaking. The room’s design, cleanliness, and spaciousness were exactly what I expect from Hilton’s classic excellence. The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of options. Additionally, we needed something in the room and called the reception. Within 5 minutes, the staff arrived and resolved the issue promptly. This level of efficiency is rare, even in many 5-star hotels, where delays often occur. Hilton once again proved its iconic standard in this regard. The hotel is also very centrally located. Most historical sites are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I only stayed for one night, but the experience was exceptional. I wish all hotels maintained this standard. I rate my stay 5 out of 5. Perfect for posting now! Let me know if anything else comes to mind.

I think location is not bad and went for friend’s wedding But wasn’t offer special deal with wedding package so was quite surprised Looks more like a 3.5-star hotel, I would can be improved in service and overall room standards to elevate the service

The location is great!The environment is also great, the staff are very enthusiastic, and they have given us great room.It's a room with a corner window. The staff in the swimming pool are also very friendly. We will come back again.

i really fell in love with this hotel. super highly recommended! it is really at the heart/centre of district 1. the service of the staffs were truly exceptional! they will really take care of all your needs. we’re given a corner room so the view was really amazing! stayed at 39/F, their highest floor

Certainly an affordable and luxurious option! The staff are all very friendly and helpful from check in to housekeeping. Centrally located to big tourist sights and loads of convenience stores and food options. A minute away from the mall. Room is very big and well cleaned. Housekeeping available every day and a do not disturb electronic option available for rooms. Toiletries and products available of good quality. My only complaints are regards the pool which closes early at 6pm and the deck is quite small so there are no shade umbrellas and it is quite difficult to have a “pool day” in the intense sun. The studio room without window is a very good option considering the noise from the street though the lighting in the room itself could be improved. There are many lights but still very dark inside. That being said, I’d certainly stay here again and would like to thank the staff for the kindness and efficiency during my stay.

Good location, facing the saigon river, a stone throw away from cafes such as Highlands coffee and Katinut coffee. A good place to chill and relax at night. Its also right next to Hilton , sharing the same space and view, at a fraction of the price. The room is spacious and room cleaning is efficient. We often come back in the middle of day with a clean room. There is a beautiful sky pool overlooking the saigon river too. Overall its a beautiful stay.

Personalmente mi piace molto l'hotel. Non essere stupido dall'aspetto. Anche se è gg di essere 100 anni l'anno prossimo, è bella mantenuta. Ho la vista sul fiume e la stanza è molto spaziosa e alto tetto. Il letto di dimensione re e le mutandine sono molto comodi. Tutti i punti di potenza del letto sono utilizzando 2pins tipo ma forniscono 1 adattatore per voi. Amore il telefono antico che si utilizza per chiamare la ricezione. Il bagno è grande, ma sarà buono se la zona della piscina d'acqua ha tavolo per mettere i bagni per i bagni. Il spray per la doccia è situato in abbit bassa sopra il tubo di bagno. La pressione dell'acqua è ok, ma l'acqua calda non è coerente. Lo shampoo e il gel da bagno puzzano davvero bene, ma preferirei che usassero quelle bottiglie più grandi riempibili dove si può semplicemente premere. Per l'ariacone, è freddo e non sorprendente che si stiano usando quel tipo singolo/multi-split. Per la TV, pensando di usare 43 pollici, sarà bello avere una più grande, perché la distanza dal letto è un po' lontana. Il colazione ha una buona diffusione e sono molto deliziosi rispetto a Hilton e Sheraton in Phu Quoc che ho appena fatto la settimana scorsa. Ha anche una buona vista sul fiume, è altamente raccomandato e molto vicino alle attrazioni.

La posizione è ok, il servizio del personale è buono. Tuttavia ci sono solo 1 punto di alimentazione nella stanza, quindi è molto scomodo perché dobbiamo usarlo per il carico del telefono, per il computer e per l'acqua bollita. Un punto molto importante è che l'hotel deve risolvere.
