Hotel bellissimo con mobili più grandi. Le camere erano super belle e molto comode letti. La posizione non poteva essere migliore - era passeggiata a distanza da tutto quello che volevamo fare o un breve giro per qualcosa di più. Anche il cibo al ristorante era grande. Vorrei sinceramente che potessimo stare più a lungo. La parte migliore del nostro soggiorno era il personale. Erano le persone più carine, più ospite e più amiche che andavano sopra e oltre per accoglierci e per assicurarci che ci fosse un bel tempo, e noi non ci dispiacevamo di aver ingannato ogni persona che usciva dalla loro strada per cercarci. Torneremo!

Pros: -Central location: right above Takashiyama mall, very convenient to explore famous sights in Saigon, walking distance in evening to Quảng Trường Nguyễn Huệ. Takashiyama malls has plenty of food, coffee and shopping options -Service: hotel staff friendly and welcoming, helped us with check-out / luggage; staff helped us arrange spa services not far from hotel -Check-in: quick check-in service despite arriving late in the day -Room: comfortable bed, good amount of space for work in the room (one long desk plus a breakout area with two high chairs) -Complimentary drinks in the room (soft drinks, water, beer) -Staff went above and beyond to arrange a spare room one of the evenings to take a call -Swimming pool with a nice view; wasn’t too busy Cons: -priced quite close to larger 5* hotels however felt like overall service and facilities more akin to a smaller boutique hotel (eg no one greeting you outside of hotel when just check in, not clear if hotel has a spa) -Room design: high floor however design of room made it feel quite dark vs a panoramic view

Questo hotel mi è stato consigliato da un barista in un'altra parte della città e sono felice che lo abbia fatto. Ottimo piccolo hotel in una strade davvero bello proprio fuori Vui Bien. Molti buoni bar / ristoranti / caffè sulla strada. Le camere sono di base ma pulite e splendide per il prezzo. Il personale di ricezione è molto utile con inglese passabile. Sicuramente rimarrebbe ancora quando in HCMC.

Hotel fantastico. Il personale è così amichevole, attento ai dettagli. La suite angolare ha una sedia di massaggio, non volevo andarmene! È una passeggiata breve per la maggior parte delle aree di prima classe di Saigon, è ancora necessario camminare un po ', ma centralmente situato. La suite è bella, le mutande sono un po' troppo grandi per me, l'unica cosa che potrei risolvere 😂 Prenoterò di nuovo lì!

Ottimo hotel e personale eccezionale in splendide località con cibo eccellente a un prezzo abbordabile. Altamente raccomandato. Punti minori - La doccia non funzionava correttamente - il buono per il tè pomeridiano dava diritto alla coppia solo per una piccola tazza di tè. - Il minibar gratuito non è stato rifornito un giorno - Un asciugamano da bagno era sporco e ritenuto non pulibile, quindi un addebito di 253.000 Dong in contanti comprensibile se fosse vero. Comunque piuttosto umiliante per la mia ragazza tailandese. Avrei voluto risolvere il problema tempestivamente ma sembrava impossibile per lo staff. Aspetto il rimborso del deposito sulla carta di credito di $ 50.

Il personale è stato molto utile La posizione dell'hotel nel Distretto 1 non avrebbe potuto essere migliore. Raccomando vivamente questo hotel a chiunque stia cercando una stanza hotel moderna pulita con buon servizio clienti e colazione situato in una terribile parte del distretto 1 vicino a tutte le strutture come ristoranti, parchi, intrattenimento ecc.

We had a very mixed experience at A & Em Art Hotel with my family. While the hotel itself is clean, rooms nice and big (we had deluxe), and location superb, the hotel has also its' disadvantages - the staff being the biggest of them. During our three night stay we met with several staff members and almost all of them seemed to be very indifferent if not straight up rude toward us. Not all, but most of them. We had one male receptionist and a bell boy who were very friendly and attentive. Another complaint goes to breakfast. How can it be possible that when a place serves breakfast until 10am they are run out of food at 9am!? We didn't get any pho soup and even the coffee had ran out. And the staff did absolutely nothing but said that that's how it is. A big group that had come in is not an explanation, they should know about their guests. Another explanation was guests from the hotel across the street. That doesn't fly either since it's part of the same group (A & Em Corner Hotel). I usually don't care that much about hotel breakfast but this time we were travelling with my wife and our 1y11m daughter and having no breakfast really made our life more difficult. Pros - clean hotel - nice and clean rooms with complimentary water bottles for each day - excellent location Cons - breakfast, should probably go at 6am to receive any - staff and their attitude (excluding one bell boy, one receptionist, and the cleaners)

Cute, modern and clean boutique hotel in District 1. On a busy vibrant street with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It's in the older section of Ho Chi Minh City, so you get to experience the more ”authentic” part of the city versus the newer, more modern areas. Check-in was easy and all the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I was at first a little concerned with the hot and stuffy elevator and hallways. But once in our room, it was really nice. Large room, simply but nicely decorated and very clean. In room safe, large TV, fridge. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. A/C kept the room cool, but will turn off if you remove the room card from the room. If you go out, your room will be hot when you get back, but it cools down pretty quick. Beds were a little firm (which I prefer) and very comfortable, with comfortable pillows and sheets. I slept great here! Bathroom was modern and clean, and we appreciated all the provided amenities like toothbrush/toothpaste, Q-tips, shower caps, comb, lotion etc. Very nice! One negative; there's no shelf in the shower to put your soap, shampoo bottle, wash cloth, etc. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of Western and Asian choices. Lots of different fruit juices, teas, coffee and there was an omelette station as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would gladly stay here again.

La posizione è molto buona, la sala da bagno, il negozio conveniente, il massaggio piede. Tre minuti a piedi per la strada del bar anonimo, e in molti luoghi camminano in 15 minuti. Il personale della cassa è educato alla porta. Ogni volta che torno, si alzano e mi salutano. Questo prezzo include anche la colazione, anche se la colazione non è molto ricca, è solo polvere e uova di latte.Due giorni fa, vado a un altro negozio vicino per la colazione, forse perché il nostro tasso di alloggio in questo negozio non è troppo alto. Anche se e'una colazione di auto-supporto, a sua volta non e' molto adatto per me. Ho appena andato a Hu Chiming City e ho sbagliato il suo negozio. Poi ho scoperto che l'originale era A25 un hotel in catena in tutta Hu Chiming City, molti negozi di filiali Tornero'tra un po'. Ho scelto questa stanza è la più economica e il letto grande è anche molto comodo. Hotel Eden Garden District 1 Ho Chi Minh Abbiamo già visto alcuni degli hotel nel District 1, anche le foto di Aguda e di altri siti, e sapendo che non tutte le foto sono vere. Le foto da Eden non lie. Anche il benvenuto all'hotel era grande. Doorman e ricevitore erano grandi, buon servizio. La nostra camera al piano 3 era buona e pulita, abbiamo un grande bagno, con tutte le strutture necessarie. Buonas camas, annuncio anche luogo per tenere le nostre chiuse e bagagli. Buona aria condizionata, e anche non siamo lontani dalla strada Walking (Bui Vien Street). Non abbiamo nulla di rumore nella stanza, se chiuderemo le finestre. L'hotel ha un buon colazione e è stato rischiato ogni giorno, secondo una lista, mostrando sul muro in cucina. Il nostro ricevitore ha ordinato un'auto Grab, mostrandoci il tipo e il prezzo dell'auto e ha detto che c'era un'imposta aeroportuale. Buon conducente e più economico del taxi dall'aeroporto all'Hotel Eden. Il prossimo alloggio a Ho Chi Minh sarà all'Hotel Eden.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione centrale a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla strada principale della birra e dal mercato notturno, ma è molto tranquillo. Sophia era sorprendente anche prima di arrivare agli appartamenti. Il giorno prima di consigliarci, abbiamo ricevuto un messaggio di testo che ci aveva portato all'appartamento panoramico che era sorprendente. Eravamo scettici, perché nulla sembrava le immagini. Tuttavia, l'appartamento era sorprendente!! Era molto spazioso e pulito e la vista era bella. Era sorprendente guardare il sole dal nostro letto. L'unico negativo è la zona della piscina. Mentre è una piscina al tetto, è stato molto ventoso a causa della vostra altezza e non c'erano più salotto. Abbiamo finito per prenotare un hotel vicino per usare la piscina per il giorno (il servizio era sorprendente e sarebbe stato in futuro anche lì) Ci è anche previsto un top bar di tetto, ma questo è stato chiuso per la durata del nostro soggiorno. Non sono sicuro che questo sia dovuto riaprire, ma qualcosa da considerare. Se avessi visitato di nuovo, probabilmente mi piacerebbe rimanere nel distretto 3 perché in generale è un po' più bello, ma anche più costoso per gli hotel, la cena e il drink.
