Hotel a Ho Chi Minh, District 5

From the outside the hotel does not seem so special, but immediately you approach the main entrance you are happily greeted and all doors are opened for you and you get a real 5-star treatment. The staff at reception are great professionals and gave me a rich person treatment even I got the room for a pretty cheap price from my point of view. From the inside the hotel is luxuryously decorated and the club room I got on the 21st floor had nice views. On the 24th floor you have a mid-size pool with sunbeds and upstairs from the pool there are three individual hot jacuzzis (both pool and jacuzzis open until 22:00). Before booking I struggled wondering about how good or bad the location would be, but believe me it does not have any importance where your hotel is since using the Grab app (Uber-like) you can get a motorbike or car ride to virtually anywhere in the centre for 1-3 euros.

Very nice hotel! Highly recommended I stayed at the Windsor plaza first two days (which is just in front and two time more expensive). but Zazz hotel is way better and great value! Small gym, pool upstairs and nice cafeteria downstairs. Staff at the reception is very nice and helpful! Rooms are clean. Beds are very nice and soft!

For the price, this place was a great deal. The room size and services were more than enough. The building is a little dated, but the staff were always helpful whenever I needed anything. Breakfast was way better than I expected, and I honestly wasn’t expecting much given the cost. The location was also super convenient for me. Overall, I was really sa. tisfied!

The hotel is very clean and good location for the people who want to check health bcuz it's near the cho ray hospital

Loved the location as it was just on the outside of busy busy District 1 . Hotel transfers to some key attractions in D1 provided by the hotel were also great, especially the one to the heart of Chinatown in D5. Would not have wandered there otherwise. Highlight of the stay definitely had to be some of the staff who were helpful and attempted to always help in all sorts of situations! Kim from Front Desk has our 10/10 vote!

Overall, the VIP room at lv5 was in New condition, breakfast set was limited, we had to choose between beef noodle soup/dry fried or Banh MI sets ( with butter and jam, sunny egg, sunny egg + sausage) Hotel staff were friendly, we had a great time there. Thank you trip.com 🫰
