Spacious room, attention to the client and a large choice of food at breakfast are the plus of this hotel which is one of my favorite for my frequent business trip to HCMC

It's old money style 5star hotel and it's well maintained. Although it is not located in the central area (5min grabride away) it has a shopping mall nearby and there's even haidilao(the best service haidilao i tried) The hotel itself is quite suitable for business trip. There's study table and storage space in the room. Nice and clean bathtub. Breakfast includes Japanese style choices like soba and cold tofu. But i still like the free coconut most.

Nice hotel is a quiet corner of town. Not too far away from the attractions. Rooms are nice and big. Beds are comfortable and the staff are very attentive and friendly. Recommended.

Hotel is in district 1 but on the very peripheral ends of it so it’s still a drive away from town. There’s a small mall beside the hotel to get basic essentials. Hotel is pretty spacious and modern, with all the needed facilities! Breakfast was decent as well. Service was nice especially the doorman who opens the car door for you every single time. Downside is that the hotel is almost always fully booked so no chances of checking in early or late. They also restrict guests to 2 bottles or mineral water daily, but not too big of an issue, would be better if they install a water cooler.

a pleasant stay here and cleanliness was excellent! however the room is a little dark even with all the lights on. Apart from that, the staff, bathroom and room was great.

Hotel room is spacious with bath tub and shower well separated. Swimming pool is large enough for some decent swimming. Location is not ideal but hotel has regular shuttle services to different tourist attractions.

We were arrive at hotel late like 11pm. There are bad bugs everywhere even on the bed , side table and office desk. They have changed to new room however the hotel isn’t apologies to us at all. However trip.com have an amazing service. Hotel should have more responsibilities

The hotel seems to be one of the largest in that area and has everything you need for a nice stay in HCMC. Nice pool, absolutely fantastic breakfast, a comfortable lounge with good food and drinks, super friendly staff and of course (most important) super clean and nice rooms. Location is good and since HCMC is not that big, you can reach actually everything by walking, or simply call a Grab and nothing takes longer than 10 -15 minutes. I definitely come again and will recommend it. Thanks a lot!!!

The breakfast is very awesome!

Service and cleanliness were exceptional. However, the furnishings and fittings of the hotel are ageing.

A classic Japanese 5-star hotel, clean and comfortable. There is air purifier in the room, which is a good help for sensitive nose. There are so many options of food for buffet breakfast, totally enjoyed the stay.

Clean and nice hotel. Love the rooms. Friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay and the breakfast buffet. Varieties of food and fruits. Many choices of fruit drinks and milk.

Great experience in this hotel. Staffs were friendly and absolutely amazing . Very helpful. Breakfast has a good spread of cuisines. Overall very happy and would stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is located in the 1st district, close to downtown. Many Japanese business people are staying here, and the service is good. The facility is quite old, but they respond quickly to any facility problems. They provide a free bus service to the downtown area but no pickup service. The morning breakfast is good, and the service is quick. The swimming pool is located outdoors, with good vision.
