The room is big and comfortably host 3 adults. We are pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine and other kitchen equipment in the room. Not to mention the walk in closet. It’s a full service apartment than a hotel room. The location is a bit far from public transport and attractions. However, the balcony with a fantastic sea view is to well worth the effort spent getting to the hotel. The hotel is also reasonably priced, considering that it was a peak season (summer vacation period).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and offered a stunning sea view. Guests have free access to the hot spring facility, which was a delightful experience. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and offered a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the morning market, making it easy to explore local offerings. Highly recommended!

Sea view in my room, clean and big enough for family of three.

Nice walk from the hakodate train station. You will see it as you walk towards it, a large building. Lots of seafood restaurants along the street. Bath is located in the hotel. Sea view is to the right only when i poke my head out of balcony then i can see it. No time to walk to the nearby beach... next time I will visit it.

Room was really small and not much walking space. We drove to Hakodate, the parking fee was super reasonable at 550 yen per nite. The buffet breakfast served was amazing. Good spread of sashimi, tempura prawns and vegetabke etc.

Clean room. Hotel staff are very helpful and polite. Less than 10 minutes walk from Train Terminal to Hotel. Tram station is a short distance walk. Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. WiFi is a bit slow. Onsen is good. Overall happy with our stay there.

Spacious room! Location was convenient as we had a car and about 5min drive to the morning market. Separate toilet and bathroom made it easy for family. Staff were friendly and polite. There are 5 (?) parking areas so it definitely is a plus point. Family onsen room was down in April 2024 when we visited. The onsen for the ladies was good, especially the outdoor one. We had a good 3 nights.

Pretty good at everything except the distance from the Hakodate station. BTW the window cannot be opened.

Best hotel in Japan of my experience. No carpet, which means no dust at all , wide space, good price, and best ice cream shop in front of front entrance.

The location is slightly far from the station, but walkable. There were tears in the curtain, and stains in the lift carpet. Facilities were good, with hotsprings accessible to guests. The central ac had just one temperature, of which even the lowest setting was too cold. Staff was polite and very helpful.

The front desk staff did not provide clear explanations during check-in and only gave guests a single English introduction to read on their own. This will cause confusion and inconvenience. This hotel is convenient for self-driving travelers, as it has partnered with nearby parking lots to ensure ample parking space. Apartment-style hotel providing fully equipped facilities as there is no need to go outside to find a laundry store(remember to buy laundry detergent). The hotel hot spring is great, guests can watch TV while enjoying hot springs. The rooms are spacious, and some even offer sea views from the windows. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this hotel for a truly delightful stay.

Room came with washer which is rare most hotel. This helps a lot! Highly recommended
