My 8 trip here in hcmc in as many month and I stayed in many hotel and this is the best, the resturant has the best Vietnamese food I ever eaten in hcmc their pho is so good. and it’s a stone throw away from Ben thanh market

Best area to stay easy access to anywhere

I was on a short trip to Saigon (3 nights) and generally stayed along Ly Tu Trong street as it is centrally located with plenty of food options. This is my first time at the Avanti hotel and there are two Avanti establishment on this street and roughly 200 meters apart. I stayed at the Boutique hotel and I splurge a bit to get the Ben Thanh market view which is stunning. The pictures are from the 8th floor. I actually appreciate that the room rate did not include breakfast which give me the flexibility to go outside for breakfast. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel and located in the lobby. I ordered Pho from the menu on the morning before I left for the airport with freshly squeezed orange juice. The staffs are very attentive. I would highly recommend the Avanti hotel as the best bang for the bucks and definitely would stay at the Avanti boutique hotel again.

The receptionist lady is not friendly. The hotel room furniture is not well maintained especially the toilet basin cabinet and shower glass door. Location is good near to the Ben Thanh market and walking distance to Saigon Centre and Saigon Square

Friendly staff. Busy, popular restaurant downstairs. Very close to Ben Than market, good location. Not noisy. Basic needs met.

Highly recommended .i like staying here aside for goodlocation its safe and clean staff are very friendly.

Excellent and affordable somewhat new hotel smacked in the sights and sounds of District 1. In-house restaurant serves delicious pho and other Vietnamese cuisines...near to many coffee joints and amenities! Great for solo and couples.

The hotel is strategically located in the Ben Thanh area which offers a plentiful variety of amenities ranging from food, spa and massage services, restaurants, travel agencies, money changers, night spots, etc. Taxi service is also readily available with assistance provided by the bell boy. Facilities are quite limited with only the eatery in the lobby and the food is quite comparable to those sold at the Ben Thanh market albeit in an air-conditioned and cleaner environment. Some of the room facilities are faulty and run down. The shower head head malfunctioned after 1 to 2 days and maintenance came to rectify it to be in working condition but it broke down on the day upon checking out. The bathroom sliding door is unable to close fully causing water to wet the whole floor when taking a shower. The TV has to be manually switched on as the remote controller is faulty and the safe deposit box is in the locked position. Other than these minor setbacks, our stay has been safe and quite pleasant knowing that the security people are always alert even we came back at 3am in the morning. Kudos to the security guys.

Good location near to Ben Than market! For halal food need to walk ~100meter. All good! Will repeat again!

Good location and room is clean.

Checked in late. Room was ready however was greeted with a cockroach on the bed 😑. The aircond wasn't working as desires as room felt stuffy. TV cabinet could use some maintenence as it's rotting.

Nice place to go everywhere. Everything is super close and you can see many convenience stores, restaurants and massage shop. East to pick up for tour

The services of the receptionist is great. The food downstairs within the hotel is great. However the room is quite old dated and the hot water in the bath is not flowing through. Overall great location at a reasonable price.

Will not book again, service scam, took smell a bit, this is the only time I give bad review on to hotels, front desk scam can not accept
