Overall experience is good, shopping mall is under the building and 24x7 store is adjacent to the building. District-1 centre is around 6km and taxi takes 20-30 minutes and fare depends on the timing 70-200 dong appox Airport distance is same, they charge appox 125-150 Dong. Our apartment is on 24th floor, city view. Staff is supportive. All equipment’s are functional. Full furnishings. At last no complaint.

Good apartment, location wise is far from city, but with own amenities like supermarkets and dining.

Check in is kinda funny but overall rooms and location are pretty good

I could not join the building myself. The AC was mouldy. The Blanket too short and the overall equipment of the apartment was not in a good condition. There are better hotels for around the same price in Ho Chi Minh City.

The property was in a good location within the 81 building. the mall and shopping is on the first floor. the 1 bedroom was overall clean and the room was very large. the bathroom could use a bit of update, could also be bigger. the check in requires meeting up with the property management company which came pretty quickly once contacted.

The apartment has a luxurious design and is quite clean.

Arrived at the hotel, the phone number on booking website was faulty one, have to call back to Trip.com to get help. The door man told me my booking was scammed. Finally get In touch the apartment stuff and into the room. Very frustrating The bathroom was moulded, room smells awful

The accommodation is very comfortable and convenient, there are many restaurants and useful amenities
