Good room condition with full amenities, but no service at all. It might be my expectation, as this is my first time staying in a residence rather than a hotel.

The location is very convenient with coffee shop and minimart inside the building, and just about 10-15-minute drive to the center of district 1. The host is helpful and responsive. Despite some shortages of amenities, the host quickly provide in time. The overall stay was great.

This is our first time visit Ho Chi Minh City and 1st to stayed at SOHO Resident and hotel which we are very happy and enjoyable holiday… the location is the best … the service staff Ms.Kim who are very helpful and understanding…as we booked Trip.com Mekong River tour “Vn Lotus Travel” agency services especially the tour guide Mr.Quy are very professional to guide us the whole tour.We will surly come back and stay again Soho hotel and using Vn Lotus Travel for others city tour.

I wasn’t a fan of this place. Seems like the vendor has a lot of apartments in the same building. The room you think you have booked will not necessarily be the one you are given. All communication is via WhatsApp so there is no face to face contact and they can effectively ignore your messages. Not recommended.

room was nice and comfortable, aircon was good and there was a balcony, but there was water dripping from the condenser. small cafe downstairs for quick breakfast.
