The stay was excellent. We booked a 3-person room with 3 single beds, which is very hard to find so it was great that the hotel had this offering. The staff made sure that our stay was comfortable. Was really surprised by the little treats that was provided at the lobby.

Toilet old and needed to be cleaned properly. But Japan is the best place for buying cleansing products for toilets and bathrooms so no worries about cleanliness as long as u r willing to work hard on it ;). Otherwise everything else great :)

The room is smaller than I expected. Since the flight was delayed, we have missed the last order of the restaurant up there. The breakfast buffet is not bad but we need to queue for a table like 9:30pm. It was clean and comfortable overall.

Rebooted fornour last night in Okinawa. The hotel is awesome in every aspect! Modern decor, clean room, next to Asahibashi Monorail Station. The staff are so helpful and attentive...they remembered my hard pillow when I requested it on our 1st check in when we arrived in Okinawa! Definitely to book again if we visit Okinawa!

We only stayed 1 night there. They provided welcome drink. There are a few cosmetics and coffee/tea capsule for you to take. Overall is good.

Had some cleanliness issues with the room, staff were very helpful at resolving the situation, excellent attitude and services.

The service was good and the staff were very nice except that some of them had difficulty in understanding English. I love the bar on the 14th Floor overlooking the river, where guests can sit down and have free coffee. I didn't try the food their and will do next time.

the hotel is trying, but the hotel is really old. bad smell in toilet, requires constant ventilation. only convenience is that theres sheltered walkway to Asahibashi Station.

Excellent 5 star hotel with unbeatable location next to train and bus terminal. Must stay if visiting Naha. Breakfast is awesome with top notch quality food, wide variety, and great seaview. Will stay again next time.

This is an additional night that I booked after changing travel plans because of the Taiwan earthquake. We were staying in the hotel already, while I couldn’t book the same room type and worried that I had to change room, when I went to the lobby reception the staff already prepared for my additional night and updated my card keys readily so I could stay in the same room. Another point I’d like to make is that we experienced the tsunami evacuation in the morning when still in our room - the hotel announcement system works well, that’s really important. And the fact that the rooms are above 6th floor we could stay in room safely.

Nice place with good convenience! Yet the central air-conditioning sets at 28 is too high! Not comfortable enough!

The location of hotel is good which walks within 5 mins to monorail & bus terminal, about 10 mins walk to the nearest busy district for foods & shops. Staffs are nice & trying to help/ solve the problem. The buffet breakfast is good as quite many choices to eat with nice view & located at 14/F. High quality of washroom’s amenities provided such as Pola & La Mer brands. Thank you for the tasty welcome drinks & free iced dessert at the lobby cafe.
