Hotel con colazione inclusa a Ho Chi Minh

La camera è confortevole e, trattandosi di un residence, è completamente attrezzata. Se vuoi mangiare cibo al microonde o noodles istantanei dai minimarket quando sei in viaggio, è molto conveniente acquistarli e mangiarli in camera tua. Anche la posizione è molto buona, non è troppo lontano per raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni. Si consiglia a tutti di prendere in considerazione l'idea di soggiornare qui quando si visita Ho Chi Minh City.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Saigon Hotel during a business trip, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning view of the city. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, particularly the fitness center and the rooftop pool, which provided a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and dietary needs. Overall, my stay at the Hilton Saigon Hotel was outstanding, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city, whether for business or leisure.

Amazing breakfast(taste and choice). Good rooftop. Great concierge. Perfect location. Overall it was good but some very specific points of improvement : - They have a weird green light in the room always on, apparently it's the emergency exit light(the thing you're supposed to have in *public* corridor). Except it's way too bright to sleep and it wasn't on during my first night. They can't turn it off. No idea why they have it inside the room. No other hotels I've been in HCM or the rest of Vietnam have this. This is pretty awkward design as no one can miss the exit direction in 20 sqm even with smoke. - The curtain can't close completely/efficiently so if you're on the east side you'll be bothered by the sunlight quite early. - I didn't take the breakfast for the last night but they automatically charged me the price on my deposit. They had no way to control if I took or not the breakfast, so I had to insist. Not something you like to waste your time on at checkout time. - the wifi was poor(multiple time had the message ”will reconnect when the signal will be better” while the signal looked strong). Also can't connect a Nintendo switch to the wifi.

L'hotel si trova nel Distretto 1 di Ho Chi Minh City, e ci sono molti buoni ristoranti e servizi. Sono molto soddisfatto della posizione. Poiché si tratta di un hotel di recente costruzione, è pulito e le strutture sono ben gestite. Anche la TV è Google Coocaa, quindi è bello poter guardare YouTube, Netflix, ecc. su uno schermo grande. Anche il personale era molto cordiale e ho potuto percepire il loro spirito di servizio. Poiché l'hotel è così piccolo, la colazione è scarsa rispetto ad altri hotel a 4 stelle e il menù è sempre lo stesso ogni giorno. Il centro fitness è piccolo ma offre buone prestazioni grazie alle nuove attrezzature.

Had a great stay, friendly staff, breakfast is nice but they could do with equipment to keep food hotter and not pre cook fried eggs. Menu is reasonable but when ordering a platter got told it was not available but still advertised on menu plus I pointed out a spelling mistake on the menu. Bar is nice with happy hour even on ales. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and reception was very helpful when we had to extend a night stay and it was no trouble.

L'hotel è pulito e carino. La doccia del bagno della camera deluxe è scomoda da usare all'interno della vasca idromassaggio. La vista è bella, l'interno è pulito, la lavanderia è gratuita e ci sono così tanti vantaggi~ Sono rientrato alle 3 del mattino dopo essere uscito e stavo cercando di dormire, ma lui non ha nemmeno pulito la stanza e stava già dormendo... … Continuerò a usarlo, ma credo che i problemi debbano essere risolti.

FREE ROOM UPGRADE AND EARLY CHECK-IN! I booked a total of 4 nights in two separate bookings as Trip.com had promo codes. I booked Deluxe Twin room and only found out that this room had no windows (they changed the room name to Narra no windows a few days before my check-in date), and I was sad that I could not cancel the booking as it was prepaid. To my surprise, they upgraded my room to Premier Twin room (with windows) for free when I checked in, without me even asking! I have been to ho chi minh 4 times now and this was the best stay I had experienced in ho chi minh. I always researched the hotels by reading all the reviews before finally booking one, and I am really glad I booked Silverland May Hotel!! Pros: - Early check-in at 12+pm (usual check-in 3pm) - No language barrier with the staff (all staff understood English pretty well) - Buffet breakfast had at least 2 variations, they also have a separate menu offering food choices off the normal buffet spread (you can ask them for it) (best choices: almond croissants & ham, egg and cheese sandwich) - Hotel Spa is a MUST TRY. I tried it and did not go for outside spas that I had planned to go. Went to the hotel spa and did 3 services in 2 days! (1) Relaxing Package costing 1,200,000 VND (2hrs): Swedish massage, Body scrub (exfoliate with himalayan salt), Body wrap (nourish in oat & milk i believe) (2) Facial spa costing 900,000 VND (~45min): Mild exfoliation and nourishment (my face felt super clean and brightened a lot after the spa! would do it again if i could) (3) Hotstone massage costing 800,000 VND (1hr): just wanted to try a different kind of massage but I still prefer the swedish massage (the heat of the hotstones was out of my comfort zone haha) - The hotel restaurant / cafe / in-room dining food choices were good too: best was the Beef Phó, it had more ingredients than phó selling outside. We went to the hotel cafe and was surprisingly offered 50% off our cakes so of course we had to order! The cafe offers the same food menu that the hotel restaurant offers, they will cook it and serve it to you if you are sitting in the cafe at Level G. - Free afternoon tea (but I missed all four days of the tea session so no comments) - Rooftop pool was very pretty and chill. Cons: - The quality of the tissue in the hotel rooms are bad. So thin and filmsy (2-ply). I bought my own 3-ply tissue and did not use the tissue in the rooms at all. - Could have offered disposable bedroom slippers which would be more hygienic. - Water pressure was not very strong, had to stand so close to the showerhead.

Il servizio deve essere valutato 5 punti. C'era una bella donna alla reception sapeva parlare cinese. Ci sono alcuni suggerimenti: 1. È più ragionevole configurare la stanza per due persone, che si tratti di pantofole o spazzolini da denti, il risparmio sui costi non può derivare da questo. Se due persone vivono lì, chiameranno comunque e lo chiederanno aumenterà le commissioni; 2. Controllare e come cambiare l'impianto di climatizzazione dell'hotel Iniziarlo di tanto in tanto influirà davvero sul vostro sonno. Ambiente: OK Servizio: OK Igiene: OK

I loved the location, room was rather small with no view, but interior was really nice and comfortable. Good breakfast and it was nice to start the day in swimming pool :) staff was really polite and helpful!

Adoro il tè pomeridiano e la colazione. Ottima posizione. Il personale è cordiale e accogliente. Tuttavia, solo uno chef alla postazione crepe/waffle (tè pomeridiano) è stato maleducato con la mia amica quando ha chiesto assistenza. Inoltre, quando ho chiesto solo qualche pezzo di banana fresca per il piatto di waffle di mio figlio, lui ha rifiutato e mi ha costretto a sostituirla con una crêpe alla banana. Per favore... non è stato un grosso problema ma non è giusto, soprattutto se è successo in un hotel a 5 stelle. Abbiamo ricevuto un regalo a sorpresa, è stato fantastico ma per favore portatelo prima del check-in/o dovrete chiedere il permesso per entrare nella nostra stanza. Non entrate nella nostra stanza se non eravamo lì dopo il check-in. Nel complesso, adoriamo l'atmosfera e la posizione dell'hotel.
