Fiji: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Viti Levu Group

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience in the hope that it encourages some improvements. Unfortunately, my stay at Nalagi Hotel was far below my expectations. From the moment I checked in, the experience got off to a disappointing start. The front desk attendant was cold and unwelcoming, never made eye contact, and didn’t smile once. She appeared annoyed to be there, which was a stark contrast to the genuine warmth and hospitality I experienced at other hotels in Nadi during this trip. The room was spacious, but it lacked thoughtful design and attention to detail. The main light switch is inconveniently located below the television, with no bedside lamps or nightstands, meaning that if you wanted to read in bed or simply turn the lights off, you had to get up each time. There was also a persistent unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drain, and overall cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired. The hotel feels worn and tired, as though very little care has gone into its upkeep. That’s perhaps the biggest disappointment, because the property has so much potential that simply isn’t being realized. The final straw came on my second night. I was repeatedly woken between 1:00 and 2:00 a.m. by neighboring guests who were aggressively banging on a nearby door so loudly it sounded as though they were trying to break it down. Once they eventually got into the room, the noise continued. I called reception to report the disturbance and was told security would be sent, but if they did come, it had little effect. Eventually, I had to get out of bed and ask the guests myself to keep the noise down. I genuinely wanted to enjoy my stay, but the combination of poor service, lack of maintenance, hygiene concerns, and the handling of the late-night disturbance made for a very disappointing experience. With better management, staff training, and investment in the property, Nalagi Hotel could be a wonderful place to stay. Sadly, that was not my experience.

We had such a lovely stay at Outrigger. It was just the break we needed. The food is good and the drinks are decent. The prices were better than I was expecting. We ended up not doing a package and spent far less than we would have done on a package. Loved the adult pool, the only pain is that it sometimes closes early to set up for weddings.

Il primo atterraggio sembra un po 'scomparso dal tempo e era sicuramente uno dei primi hotel sulla piazza. Ora ha avuto in molti modi retrocharme, ma quando ero lì, è stato cancellato e lavorato su molti angoli. L'impianto è super ampio e era molto tranquillo. Le camere sono molto grandi e ci sono grandi veranda dalle tende che sono protette con reti di mosquito simili a quelle della Florida. I prezzi sono un po' felici e per una bottiglia di acqua tranquilla si deve poi aggiungere 10 fijidolari, e il massaggio è molto più economico, ma forse non così idylico, anche in spa. Altrimenti è fuori Nadi e si deve in realtà un'auto. accanto (più a piedi) è il porto di yacht con un bel bastone e c'è sempre qualcosa che non va e si mescola locali e turisti. Per i giorni fino al proseguimento, tuttavia, molto più bella e rilassata di quella sulla spiaggia di Nadi accanto alla pista

I arrived at the hotel at 9am, because of the room not yet ready, we wait until at 1pm, the staff said the room is almost check out, will be ready at 2:30pm, we wait for almost 6 hours, until after 3pm, it's the check in time, the staff said the room still not yet ready. OMG... but at last, thank you to Trip.com for resolving the problem; we got a refund for the first night. 2. Room service is really bad; the box of tissues, the shampoo, and the body lotion all need to wait for a day to refill. 3. The lobby is very, very small, does not look like a 5-star hotel, and many people sleep on the sofa; they also wait for a long time to check in. 4. The Fiji Airlines counter is not open all the time, so we had to take the luggage by ourselves and check in at the airport at last. 5. The only good point to stay is that the port is very near, it's convenient for island hopping, and the restaurants are not bad.

Overall, the hotel is beautiful and offers a very pleasant setting. The facilities are well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing. A special mention to the staff, who are always present, smiling, and genuinely willing to help at any time, their service is definitely a strong point of this hotel. However, there was a significant issue regarding the room booking. I had reserved a room with an ocean view, and the photos clearly showed this. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room set far back, with no real ocean view. After speaking with reception, I was told that the photos were inaccurate and that the issue came from Trip. Regardless of whether this is the responsibility of the platform or the hotel, this situation is simply not professional and creates unnecessary disappointment. For those specifically looking for a nice ocean view, this may not be the right place. The water itself is not particularly appealing, as it appears green and not very clear. Access to the hotel is quite unique, as you need to take a small boat (about one minute) to cross from one side to the other, which can be a nice experience but may not suit everyone. Lastly, if your room is located far from the reception area, you will need to rely on golf car to get around the property. Unfortunately, these are not always readily available, which can be inconvenient. In summary, the hotel has great potential thanks to its setting and excellent staff, but some aspects, especially booking accuracy and logistics could be significantly improved.

The hospitality is top notch! All staff were really welcoming and friendly. Plenty of activities to occupy yourselves and very nice property to be in - vibes and views wise. Overall a very pleasant stay and a wonderful memory

My flight reached late at night. I checked in after 10pm. No one was there to guide or help with the luggage. Had difficulties looking for my room. Was told by an employee that my room was upstairs so had to go up the stairs with my 20kg back, 7 kg carry on and my handbag, only to be told by a guest that it was downstairs. I was frustrated and exhausted from my long flight from Australia. The guest took me downstairs to my room. Thank God for his help. The hotel was nice, except for their services, other things were good.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Hotel! All the staff were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Dipping in the jacuzzi in the adults-only pool area in the morning was the perfect way to start our day. The sunset deck and beach cabanas were also very relaxing. Although the pillows had a slight moldy smell and the room wasn’t serviced properly, overall our stay was great. We’ll definitely be back!

La strada per raggiungere il resort è un po' dissestata e non ci sono servizi nelle immediate vicinanze (ristoranti, minimarket, ecc.), quindi sarà necessario chiamare un taxi ogni volta che si desidera uscire o fare la spesa. La camera non è particolarmente luminosa e i mobili erano un po' usurati. Il resort si trova letteralmente sulla spiaggia, quindi aspettatevi di essere punti dalle zanzare ogni volta che tornate in camera. Inoltre, per chi ha bagagli ingombranti, il tragitto fino alla camera può risultare difficoltoso, dato che ci sono alcuni gradini e il sentiero è sabbioso. Tuttavia, se il vostro soggiorno è breve, credo che questi inconvenienti siano trascurabili. Se intendete soggiornare a Nadi per una notte e visitare le isole nei giorni successivi, vi consiglio di cercare un alloggio in centro, come ad esempio il Nalagi Hotel. Passando davanti ad altri hotel, come il Mercury Hotel, che sembra più un motel, potrebbe essere meglio cercare qualcosa in centro.

Il check-in è stato dopo le 3:00, il check-out è alle 10:30 e si deve ottenere l'armadio dalla ricezione. Troppe regole sono appese nella stanza come se si dovesse rubarle. È necessario un deposito di FJD50 in contanti (nessuna bevanda nella stanza, solo caffè istantaneo). Mi chiesi se potessi andare a controllare prima delle 12:00, ma solo fino alle 11:00. Quando sono tornato a prendere il mio bagaglio, la signora mi ha detto che dovevo andare a controllare, senza nemmeno chiedere se lo avessi fatto. Solo il personale di pulizia era utile. Non lo consiglierei.
