Me and my friends had the best time here. The food wasn’t great but we never went hungry. All the staff were very welcoming and always appeared happy, nothing was ever too much trouble. The rooms could do with being updated slightly but it’s nothing that stops you from enjoying your holiday. Ginge and the bar staff really made our holiday but it was disappointing to see the manager walking around but didn’t make an effort to speak or interact with any guests. The hotel is quite secluded from the main part of marmaris but there is free shuttles through the day and loads of different trips you can book to go on. Overall me and my friends would definitely come back again!

The only reason I gave it a five was the company we met…. The rooms were grim my mate had a camp bed that had a fifty yr old mattress that had springs poking through we had no wardrobe or cupboards and bathroom door didn’t lock … and the food is on another level it was cold and awful … best bit abt this holiday was the beach the pool and the bar the cocktails are strong and is open from 10am till 11pm then u have a chance too go clubbing in town with ginge the entertainment guy… cracking laugh good fun and makes time for everyone we met a great bunch of ppl who work there sorry I didn’t say goodbye ginge I was hanging after that night out had a great time mate and wish u all the best xx so if you wanna get pissed lie by the beach and pool give it a go ❤️

The worst experience which I had ever. Very bad food, dirty place, dirty staff and very unfrendly same as the manager. They keep 2 big dogs in the hotel reception which they stay everywhere in the garden. Only few drinks, water dispenserts very dirty, the bar staff touch the ice with emty hands befor putting in the glass, all the staff working without gloves especialy the restaurant staff. They have very dirty clothes .

Hotel is lovely Food is good and good options of pizza Ali needs a mention he served us amazingly and was very welcoming. Entertainment group was first class, not pushy but the variety was really good. They all was just lovely. Had a great holiday and would come back.

Absolutely amazing, the entertainment was fabulous, food was amazing, room was clean and nothing broken, staff was brilliant, the planners of the entertainment was fabulous something new everyday killer pool, killer darts, acrobats from Kenya, Turkish dancing, karaoke, bingo, quizzes, private beach provides a feee shuttle into Marmaris twice a day everyday!!!

Hotel was ok, would have given it a 3 star. You dont want a sea view if you want to sleep before midnight, the entertainment and music will keep you awake. Swim up room is just that, no view just a small narrow pool, just enough room for a small plastic chair on patio. Beach is pretty although lots of stones hurt your feet getting into water, no padded cushions on the sunbeds there which i think a 4 star hotel should have, even the cheap camp sites next door had padded sunbeds. Pool small, get your towel (your own towel ! the hotel sells them but doesnt supply them )on sunbed before 8am or you have no chance of a bed. Food not great, Luke warm, no fruit other than water mellon, no yogurts, breakfast the worst of the meals, no pastries, the scrambled eggs and omelette a disconcerting shade of brown. Only deserts waffles and pancakes, icecream and instant whip. None were nice. In short, would I go back, nope !

Recently visited this hotel for 5 nights. Had the upgraded room with private pool, nothing special but was nice. Rooms were nice, but no lock on bathroom door. The other group we was with had a broken bed which resulted in major dipping. Hotel did fix it, but just a board across the bottom. All inclusive - food very plain, repetitive, and quite often cold. But you could always find something. We ended up eating out quite a bit. Tables would be cleaned, but then cutlery wouldnt be replaced resulting in you having to chase and wait to eat. Drinks were great. Wide range of cocktails, but bar closes at 11pm. It states on the website that theres a roof top bar... the manager has had this closed for years apparently. So only one bar available until 11pm. Hotel in general was very well kept, tidy and nice to walk around. Staff were amazing, helpful and can have a joke. Entertainers made the holiday better. Private access to the beach. Always sunbeds on the beach and around the pool. Very nice and welcoming. If youre looking for loud and outgoing, this isn't the hotel for you. Its quiet and not alot goes on.

On arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff member, the entrance area and front desk is clean and well presented. However, our room was dark and dated, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, the bathroom smelled foisty and had what looked like black mould around the shower area. There were coffee stains on the floor and hair in the sink which suggested it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned from the previous guest. There was no sheet on our bed- only a thin blanket. The fridge was noisy throughout the night, however the aircon worked well to cool the room. The pool area and beach were nice and the lawn well maintained but there were multiple broken sunbeds and parasols. We were happy with the drinks selection at the bar but the buffet had limited options and was often covered with flies. We found quite a good deal (price wise) so we were not expecting 5 star accommodation but general cleanliness of the rooms particularly could be drastically improved.

We had a few days vacation in September from 11.09. to 17.09. at this delightful place. We’d like to thank all and each of you for your hospitality. Lovely hotel located away from the hustle and bustle, amazing secured place. The receptionist is a pleasant man named Ozan, and also a young beautiful girl (unfortunately I did not notice any name tag on the staff uniform, perhaps I was inattentive) always helpful and try to find a solutions with all the questions appear. I would say this place is an intimate area for a quiet rest, perhaps for romantic couples who are not interested in a various entertainment and crowded parties, but enjoy simple things, enjoy company of each other, with a nature, with a complete connection to the environment of the local landscapes, enjoy a pleasant rest of own soul without the pursuit of luxury and stars. The place to dive deeper into own essence, for a conscious ones.. The guys waiters Ismail and his comrade, a tall handsome young brunette, - both are pleasant and humble. The Russian-speaking bartender Janelle with a beautiful smile along with a Turkish tall skinny young man, apparently a professional of his own. All staff is an extremely decent, sincere and kind people. A small entertainment program every evening under the guidance of a blonde-haired smiling guy under the nickname Ginger boy. They all fit into the overall picture and favored a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you all for your hard work! The best wishes!

Having visited Turkey on several occasions I arrived with a sense of excitement. An adults only hotel right on the beach all inclusive sounds ideal doesn’t it. Don’t be fooled by ads and the star ratings these are vastly exaggerated. First impressions a nice room. Swim up pool air con good size room( we did pay extra for this) The hotel in general is tired and badly maintained. Chipped crockery old kitchen equipment. The staff apart from Ginger the entertainment manager and Mike the rep are unenthusiastic at best bordering on rude. Meals offering are cold or luke warm and the choices poor. Same three deserts every lunch tea and evening meal. Watching a chef eating in the kitchen while he was supposed to be cooking or undercooking most times omelettes was a highlight of the service If you don’t like dogs or are phobic stay away as the hotel has three resident dogs which are often kept in reception overnight often unattended. one of which will bark non stop at all hours all evening 3am 4am and the reception amplifies the noise. No mention of dogs anywhere via the on the beach website and despite multiple complaints it still continues. The management would rather sit in the bar drinking than deal with the complaints which speaking to other guests have been frequent. Misrepresented in so many ways, To sum up tired, bad food, poor cleaning disinterested and sometimes rude staff and management. Never again

My experience of Voxx Marmaris was regretfully very poor. The food was dreadful, and the front desk staff were extremely rude. Our entire family contracted food poisoning from the buffet, and it spoilt the end of the holiday. Even prior to this, the food is extremely poor quality, and the hygiene is not up to standard. The activity host Ginge was the only member of staff who was apologetic about the food and lack of hospitality by the hotel manager and front of house staff. I would urge people not too book at this hotel, it does not look like the pictures very much at all and the beach is filled with rubbish. I imagine the staff will reply unprofessionally to this post, as they lack empathy and don’t take responsibility for their poor food quality.

We arrived back on Sunday after a lovely week at this hotel. I was not expecting 5 star as I had reviewed the hotel before booking. But I did get exactly what I booked.. We got a warm welcome, a room with comfy beds, the food was very basic. I am a fussy. Ester but always manage to find something I enjoyed, the bar was alway happy to make me a drink which was not on they menu, yes the pool is small but alway managed to get a sunned no matter what time of day we arrived at it. Beach just outside the gate but not a beach person so never used it. Ginge and entertainment was 1st class. We met some fantastic people and made a life time of memories.. There are always a few people that won’t be happy about the choices they made of where to stay and will be a negative Nancy. Unfortunately, we met one of these during our stay. Who went round to every guest moaning about the hotel, ( these people were offered accommodation at a different hotel but declined so surely their state was not that bad ). People like this can ruin your holiday. I will always leave negative reviews. Please, please be mindful when reading other peoples experiences. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Great holiday destination hotel was lovely and clean staff were great especially Ginge head of entertainment he was great pool area lovely always got a sun bed beach across the road was beautiful atmosphere with staff and guests was great food was ok could of been warmer but waffles were great great cocktails also had lovely dogs and a cute puppy highly recommend this hotel if you want to relax and be entertained although we had a great group of guests which made the evenings great with Ginge

Everything is great about this hotel, the atmosphere around the pool was great, sunbeds were very comfy, everyone so friendly and chatty (guests and staff) Made loads of friends. The entertainment with Ginge was brilliant, made everyone feel great and made sure everyone had a good time. We had a swim up room across the road from the hotel which was great to jump into while Megan showered, room was clean and the towels arranged beautifully everyday by the cleaners. The cocktails were delicious. The food wasn’t so good but always something to eat so never went hungry. The beach is across the road from the hotel which we only used at nights after the entertainment with lots of other guests which was so much fun. BEST HOLIDAY EVER 🤩☀️ The weather was beautiful for our 10 days which also helped. I believe a holiday is what you make it, we had a brilliant time at Voxx Marmaris beach resort ❤️
