Hotel con un servizio davvero eccellente, adoro la posizione e la camera d'albergo così confortevole, solo che la stanza è chiara e un po' buia. Ma adoro questo hotel, torneremo di nuovo!

La stanza è un po' buia. Buono con lavatrice e asciugatrice. La posizione è ottima, famiglia Mart e 7-11 nelle vicinanze. A pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana. Centro commerciale proprio nelle vicinanze con molti cibi e bancarelle.

È un hotel davvero buio ma moderno, ha anche una piccola palestra senza pesi e un tavolo da biliardo. Personalmente mi è piaciuto stare qui, anche il personale è gentile

-Un'esperienza alberghiera così orribile! Il personale addetto alle pulizie teneva aperta la porta della mia camera dopo la pulizia. Quando sono tornato in hotel dopo pranzo, l'ho trovato e mi sono lamentato di persona alla reception. Il personale della reception mi ha semplicemente chiesto scusa. Mi chiedevo come l'hotel garantisse la sicurezza e la sicurezza dei clienti. averi? -Le tazze erano molto sporche. - Il personale addetto alle pulizie non ha riempito la carta velina dopo la pulizia.

Good location and Good service and also nice hotel

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated but too dark (due to black wallpaper). It had all the amenities I needed, toiletries (from lobby), bathtub n triple beds. The location was perfect, with many local attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, and public transport was easily accessible. I felt safe and well-connected throughout my entire stay. The housekeeping was not excellent done as we hv to empty our own waste (the dustbin).

The hotel is too dark for me. But I like the location as it is in between 2 subway stations. And i love the washing machine too.

Nice location. However, room is very dark. To find things, you probably need a torch light. Hotel design is modern and artistic.

Location is near to the Shinsaibashi street, exit from the Shinsaibashi train station and either take the elevator from Parco or take the escalator from exit 6 to reach the ground level. Family mart is just opposite the hotel & there are many food options available nearby. Cleanliness was ok, but perhaps the decoration and furnitures are in dark colour, you could see quite obvious dust going around. There is a limited (empty bins & change towels) or full house keeping option every day. They do not top up the bottles of water if you have not consume the current ones placed inside the room. The washing machine & microwave in the room works well. Laundry soap is also provided. There is a QR code for you to scan to operate the washing machine. One minus point is there is no drying rack or enough hangers going around if you were to wash one full load (total 6 hangers provided in the room). The room was well lit in the day as there is a big window and sunlight can shine in. Night time is abit insufficient as the lights inside the room are too dim.

The hotel is located in the heart of shinsaibashi and namba. They are literally just across the street. The room is well equipped with washing machine. The room is very big and bed is very comfy. The only downside is the dim lightings of the room.
