Hotel in zona Rakurakuen Station, Hiroshima

Sente il benvenuto dal personale dell'hotel, le camere condivise hanno letti divisi. Completamente dotate di servizi di base come shampoo, gel corporeo, asciugamani, serbatoi ... La sala è piena di libri da leggere (libri turistici, romanzi, manga ...) ed è decorata con gusto. Vicino alla linea ferroviaria locale che si dirige al porto di Miyajimaguchi (ferry all'isola) in appena 6 minuti. Grande esperienza in generale.

Nice hotel close to Miyajimaguchi Train Station ( 3 minutes walking) and Miyajima Ferry station (1-minute walking :-D ). The room was nothing special, but good for staying there for two nights and discovering Miyajima, Hiroshima, and Kure. Breakfast was very good, including local dishes.

Good points: 1. Location is amazing since it’s right on the island and everything is within walking distance. 2. We had breakfast and supper included in the stay. Food was varied and plentiful for most palates. Plenty of fruit and veg too. 3. Staff for 98% of the time was great. Language barriers are expected. Google translate is a perfect alternative to the translation issue. The front desk staff were awesome and was extremely helpful. 4. Room is spacious for a traditional Japanese hotel. We had our own onsen which was delightful. The beds were mostly comfortable and we had two full mattresses pushed together creating a massive king! 5. Once you enter the hotel you must take off your shoes and the hotel provides house slippers which generally fit most people. The lobby has shoe cubbies for your shoes. They do not lock, but Japan has very little petty theft so you don’t need to fret over potential thievery. Negative points: 1. This is of no fault of the hotel, rather it’s a Google maps problem. Be aware Google maps will basically have you climb the mountain and drag your suitcase through a dirt path. Instead put in the Miyajima post office and with the water to your right, turn up to the small road with the post office to your back. Keep going straight for about 2.5 city blocks and you’ll walk right into the hotel. Much easier than the 40 minute hike we took. 2. Restaurant staff on the whole were great. Only issue was this morning when we went to breakfast this morning and tried to sit in our usual table, the staff tried to sit us with some other people. I asked if we could sit at a different table and the individual said no and walked away. We didn’t know these people they tried to sit us with. However, they were tourists like us. I was frustrated because the staff member just walked away from us when I was still speaking to him. Very rude! 3. The toilet room smelled really bad. It was a combination of mold and chemicals.

Sono andato a Hiroshima e a Huaxia, e l'edificio è stato completato.Le strutture sono nuove, il parcheggio è grande, soprattutto la piscina all'aperto è grande, il paesaggio è molto buono.La camera di lusso è grande, posso passare un po'di relax. Penso che se mangi il pasto come souvenir in Kiang Island, sarai soddisfatto di mangiare solo colazione.Anche se hai bisogno di prenotazione, questo è un hotel. Stiamo facendo il nostro meglio per fornire servizi, come prendere una barca a casa e aspettare a Kiang Island e fornire bevande gratis.

Facilities I rated as 3 because: What was available was very good. Resturant was not operating for dinner. Bar was open for a very limited time. I think this might be a hang over from Covid and trouble getting staff like everywhere.

La stanza era più grande, più bella e più conveniente rispetto ai 4 posti stellari che ho soggiornato a Kyoto e Tokyo. La vista dalla stanza che avevo era grande - alti e di fronte al parco monumentale della pace. Il parco stesso era a pochi minuti a piedi, e l'hotel era vicino a numerosi negozi e trasporti.

Great location close to peace park. Comfortable western style rooms. Very central location and good price for what you get. If you are looking for a nice comfortable hotel this is a great pic. It is close to bus route as well. 7/11 right downstairs and restaurants nearby.

Staff is very well trained. Service oriented, polite and effective. I had a copy made and they brought it to my room without me asking anything. Hotel provided you with PJs, steam mask and bath salts, on top of other regular amenities. The Japanese breakfast was healthy and had a view over a zen garden. The 24hr fitness gym is an anytime gym and is clean, great workout facility with everything for CrossFit style, assisted machines and cardio ones. Despite an old building, I would come back!

It was my first time staying at this kind of chain hotel. Love it. Amenities provided, there is coin laundry, ice dispenser. As a family of 4, we booked a connecting room. Having 2 toilets is so good. Love it. Location was good, near hiroshima station and downstair has a lawson, opposite right side has seven eleven and left side is familymart. Quiet environment.
