A nice hotel with great staff especially in the restaurant. They are polite and helpful. Reception and concierge were also professional and helpful. Room house keeping is very good. Overall a great stay thanks to great and friendly customer service. Happy to visit again.

For the price $700 can stay in the centre of city and include buffet breakfast is very good deal the room is a bit dark And there is some problem about my air con with noise finally they fixed

Very good location, walking distance from all major sites. Staff very friendly and helful. Great breakfast, quality food and impecable staff. Wide variety of food, both asian and western. SPA from L’Occitanne amazing. Really worth a try! Will recommend to stay here to anyone visiting Hiroshima.

Room is large by Japanese standards and it would have been perfect if it had more lightings cos it feels kind of dim. Walking to shopping streets is about 12-15 mins. On the whole, we enjoyed our stay with them.

I really liked my stay at the Hilton Hiroshima. The hotel is brand new with top amenities, like the gym and swimming pool which are great. My room was also very spacious, confortable and clean, with a very nice view. Overall, this was a great stay at this hotel. Just one improvement area would be the dinner buffet, which I found was not as good as the rest (mostly frozen or processed food, lack of variety and healthy options available).

Excellent gym facilities. Pool crowded. Sauna is small and right next to the pool so people go straight from the pool, without showering which is unhygienic. There's no sento. Rooms are spacious.

Clean and new facilities. The room is comfortable room, and the bed is just right -  not too soft or too hard.  Walkable distance (in 15 mins) to the Main Street where you will find everything you need, including shopping areas, restaurants, supermarkets  etc.

Typical Hilton group hotel and hotel is quite new. Some people say it’s not convenient but it’s acceptable to us.

This is a nice hotel in terms of facilities that are new. We enjoy the breakfast too. Recommend to stay here if you find the price is right for you.
