My husband and I stayed here two nights at Christmas time while visiting relatives near Reston, VA. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel in general and our room in particular. It was one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in and we travel frequently. The breakfast was outstanding. It was above the standard breakfast included type. Everything was well stocked and there was plenty of choice. The only slight criticism is that while the beds are comfortable, they are not the fantastically comfortable beds used in the full service Marriott hotels. We had a room in the part of the hotel closest to the road and it was perfectly quiet. The way this hotel is laid out, I would think all the rooms would be quiet.

Ho fatto check-in un sabato pomeriggio in giugno. L'hotel è in una buona posizione. Anche se l'hotel non è molto buono. Sono un membro di Bonvoy di Titanium elite. Sono stato controllato da un gentiluomo che ha bisogno di più formazione di servizio clienti. Mi ha anche dato una stanza disgustosa. Che mi sono switchato perché la stanza era stupida. Ho valutato l'hotel altamente per la posizione, ma l'hotel ha bisogno di rinnovazioni. I mobili sono datati. Dubito di essere tornato, di solito volo in DC e rimanere a Washington. Se stai cercando un hotel vicino all'aeroporto con un servizio clienti buono che è in una buona posizione.

Sono rimasto qui prima, e è sceso in collina.Sto cercando di pensare dove ho iniziato.Ah - ho chiesto al cameriere di fare colazione - ha detto che le uova schiacciate erano parte del colazione.No. Un panino per colazione, senza informazioni reali sul pacchetto stesso.Il colazione era molto inferiore a quello che ho visto negli ultimi sei mesi, cose minori come il caffè per due condividere un letto di dimensioni reali.No.Due pacchetti di regolare, uno di decaffeina. Il tubo/ducha aveva un bar usato di sapone di motel nel piatto di sapone. Ho avuto problemi di accesso a Internet. Mentre l'ho fatto, il cameriere ha detto: ”Mi dispiace, non posso aiutarvi.” Anche se gli hotel di Choice vogliono che il personale faccia, non forniscono più un giornale mattinale ai membri del Privilegio di Choice - e io sono un membro di diamanti. Lo stesso vale per la loro navetta Dulles. - Il segno della navetta è in alto, ma l'autobus è nascosto dietro il motel. Hanno ancora il segno e poi l'autobus, ma non lo usano. E' evidente che sta succedendo qualche miglioramento, ma non ho visto alcuna azione su di esso. Credo che Choice Hotels debba indagare su questo motel. Sono deluso dal mio ultimo soggiorno qui.

In a world where many hotel chains use COVID or being green as an excuse to save money, I am happy to report that the Westin Dulles rose above my expectations. Much to my surprise, I did not find a green excuse flyer on my pillow to explain why my room could not be cleaned while I was out. Too many hotels use either ecology or COVID-19 as an excuse to set low expectations for customer service. The Westin Dulles is the first hotel that truly delivered on its commitment to customer service. They cleaned my room to spotless perfection while I was out on business. And when I came back I had clean towels and a freshly made bed to sleep in. Westin elevated their brand by doing what used to be expected. Our bar was lowered by COVID-19. However, Westin still cares enough to overcome the challenges facing the hospitality industry. Well done Westin! Gratefully, Gary

Questa è una recensione del manager dell'hotel, non dell'hotel, perché è stupendo! Sono arrivato tardi la notte dopo 14 ore di viaggio, ma mi è apparso che ero all'hotel sbagliato. Sembra che ci siano un paio di persone che sono così strettamente nomiate che è facile finire con la persona sbagliata. Ho chiesto se potessi semplicemente trasferire la mia prenotazione a questo hotel, ma lei ha detto che non era possibile. Immagino che siano di proprietà di diverse società. Tuttavia, mi ha condotto personalmente all'hotel giusto quando il conducente della navetta dell'hotel è tornato, e non è stato necessario. Penso che qualsiasi hotel gestito da qualcuno che si sia impegnato a fare l'esperienza degli ospiti, anche se non sono suoi ospiti, sarà un grande hotel.
