Un bellissimo hotel nel cuore di Heraklion.. il personale giovane dinamico efficiente , dalla reception ai servizi di colazione e ristorante al roof, sono a dir poco 10 e lode … Alla reception (una ragazza bionda con gli occhi azzurri di cui non ricordo il nome) molto gentile e cordiale e professionale sulla gestione della città , i ragazzi alla colazione attenti alle esigenze e alle richieste (incredibile ricordavano alla perfezione nei giorni successivi alla prima richiesta ), i ragazzi dell ristorante all’ultimo piano bravi e i cuochi e chef eccezionali .. Se ritorno a Candia, sarà l’unico hire che prenderò in considerazione! Grazie ragazzi a voi tutti Beppe (Giuseppe) A beautiful hotel in the heart of Heraklion .. the young dynamic efficient staff, from the reception to the breakfast services and the restaurant on the roof, are nothing short of top marks … At the reception (a blonde girl with blue eyes whose name I don't remember) very kind and cordial and professional on the management of the city, the guys at breakfast attentive to needs and requests (incredible they remembered perfectly in the days following the first request I made) , the guys from the top floor restaurant and the exceptional cooks and chefs .. If I ever return to Heraklion, it will be the only hotel I will consider! Thanks guys to you all Beppe (Giuseppe)

The room was elegant and had everything one would need. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of tasty food and excellent service.

Good location, lovely staffs, fresh breakfast, centre! Good place to stay :)

Ottimo albergo. Personale molto gentile , forse dovrebbero accorciare un po’ i tempi del check in. Camera molto spaziosa e ben arredata. Letto confortevole. Cuscini, per il mio gusto un po’ duri. Molto,pulito e tenuto bene. Colazione con piatti particolari. Troppo poco dolce ma è gusto personale. Posizione eccellente, vicino al museo e vicina al ceNeto pedonale.

I took my elderly parents for a last minute trip and we stayed here at Legacy. It was amazing. The staff actually lined up to see us off when we left. We were there 5 days. They knew what we liked to eat, drink or snack on and it was ready when we were. The front desk staff recommended some amazing restaurants for us. Because my parents couldn't walk far, they made sure we got the best info for our situation. The rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfy. We would sit on our balcony and watch the people walking by and the beautiful sea in front of us. It wasn't on the water, but the view was still perfect! We were within close walking to the shopping area, many restaurants, and Lions Square. I can't wait to go back to Crete just to stay here.

Nice room. As advertised. Very comfortable. However there are some (temporary?) issues. There is a noisy building site outside starting up early. The restaurant is not open in the evening. Hopefully this will all be sorted in a few months but it's an issue at the moment.

Luxury Gastro Suites is in a great location at the edge of Iraklion's historic district, with beautiful sea views. We enjoyed our balcony and the room's large size and many comforts, including an eclectic and large collection of books in many languages. Staff were always happy to help, and our breakfast was generous.

It’s in the very central location and all easy. Friendly staff and nice room and restaurant.

It was such a wonderful and pleasant stay! 😆 The location is pretty good, in the city center. And transportation like bus are near by, shops and cafes, also tourist’s attraction too in a few minutes walk. The receptionist Vasiliki is so pretty and lovely, also very friendly and kind, to provide us many information about the hotel, the city, the attractions, transportation and so on and so forth. In the room there is all you going to need, toothbrush, soap, towels . It is well done! :) The food there is excellent and even the breakfast, so delicious! Totally love it!☕️ If I have time, I would definitely go to visit Crete one more time and stay there again!! ❤️

We really enjoyed the Legacy Gastro Suites, and its fantastic location! Smack in the city center makes for easy walking around the city center (although parking was brutal!) My wife and I stayed in the K suite; super clean and the library-like decor was nice! The hotel was very clean overall and Vasiliki at reception was amazing in helping us with room refills, restaurant recommendations, and she is generally a wonderful person! The included breakfast was good, to include a spread of jams and pastry items as well as Greek yogurt and eggs made to preference. If you have a car rental, note that you’ll probably need to find parking slightly away as the hotel only has one spot and the nearest paid parking lot was always full. But we didn’t mind the short walk and the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend!

Excellent hotel in a good position in Heraklion. Our second stay - rooms are comfortable and well equipped, breakfast was large (too large for us) and meals in the restaurant were excellent. Staff are really helpful and very friendly. The one downside is the parking - close a car park but always full. Great hotel will stay again if on Crete.
