Hotel in zona cave Arkalospilios, Heraklion Prefecture

Hotel veramente molto bello! Dotato di ogni confort. Bellissimi gli spazi esterni, con due piscine. Colazione fornita maggiormente di salato ma Comunque buona. Avevamo la suite che è di fronte alla struttura principale, ottima per privacy e silenziosa, anche se piccolina. Bello lo spazio esterno privato attrezzato. A pochi metri trovate la spiaggia e tutti i servizi ( ristoranti bar market) È presente un parcheggio anche se molte volte è pieno e c’è la possibilità di fare massaggi. Personale cordiale e attento. Peccato essere rimasti solo una notte. Consigliato!

Scelta molto carina per Heraklion. L'hotel non è in centro, non è nemmeno vicino alle spiagge ma, nonostante ciò, è situato nei pressi di una fermata bus a pochissimi passi. Con gli autobus (o con l'auto se si noleggia) si può raggiungere tanto il centro, quanto le spiagge in 5 minuti. Hotel moderno, camere nuove, pulite e confortevoli: un posto molto carino e con lo staff cortese: i dipendenti sono molto simpatici e gentili, si fanno in quattro per aiutarti o consigliarti cosa fare o come muoverti. Amenities presenti in camera. Colazione buona, la si può fare nel bar dell'hotel.

Siamo stati così felici di scegliere questi appartamenti per il nostro soggiorno di 3 notti a Heraklion. Eravamo 3 famiglie e abbiamo scelto una camera da letto, una suite da letto e 2 camere da letto. Il condizionamento d'aria ha funzionato molto bene e il personale è stato molto felice e utile, e ci ha fornito quante bottiglie d'acqua che abbiamo chiesto e fornisce informazioni utili su qualsiasi cosa. La posizione era bella, letteralmente camminando fuori dal lobby e nella piazza principale di Heraklion. Ristoranti, negozi e visione a destra alle scale! Parcheggio per le nostre auto è stato un paio di blocchi in un parcheggio (8 euro al giorno) con privilegi in e fuori. Un veloce 5 minuti di guida al terminale della nave. Raccomando fortemente di rimanere qui e sicuramente restiamo di nuovo quando tornano a Heraklion.

Perché il giorno dopo andare al lavoro ha scelto qui, l'hotel è nel centro comparativo della vecchia città, molto vicino alla piazza e alla chiesa di Venezia. L'ambiente circostante è buono. È il supermercato del ristorante e il parcheggio centrale, parcheggio 7 euro ogni notte, un fratello di 24-settimana di autobus; Da l'aeroporto di Lichuan in Iraq, circa 15 minuti, un taxi costa 15 euro per un prezzo; questa stanza con un buono stile è grande secondo gli standard europei, ma la decorazione è piuttosto stupefacente, non come la prassi con un buono stile, né il bagno generale; I bagni sono anche molto casuali, senza trappole, e l'erba non è molto buona; è anche buona con latte da bruciare.

We stayed at the hotel for five nights in July 2022. There were eight of us in total so two families. The location is absolutely perfect as it is right in the middle of Heraklion, opposite the bustling square with its wonderful with its Artisan stalls which are worth visiting and only a short walk to the shops and wonderful selection of restaurants. Heraklion is a truly bustling and Cosmopolitan city. The Hotel is very close to Heraklion Archaeological Museum and a bus or taxi ride to the beach. It is also not too far from the port you can walk there but we took a very quick taxi due to the heat. Upon arrival we were made to feel very welcome and our baggage was taken to our room for us. The reception area is refreshing to walk into from the heat outside and the decor is lovely and very modern with a comfortable seating area. There is a downstairs bar which is very chic with beautiful artwork where you can eat and you can just walk through to the shops outside to have a mooch with is perfect. Our check in process was very smooth and efficient. Check out is at 12 and check in is at 2. We had travelled from Chania by taxi. and were a little early. The gentleman on reception was able to find our group a room to check into while they got our other rooms ready which was very helpful and we did not have to wait too long. We had the economy rooms two different types between us. The ones which have balconies and the ones which are inside but don't have a balcony. The latter were a bit bigger than the ones with the balcony and the children's bed has its own little area which we really liked. The bathroom and room were very clean and the cleaners were very helpful and polite. We had a small fridge all the usual amenities you would expect and the air conditioning always worked well. I really feel (being from the UK) that the hotel represents very good value for the price we paid - if we were to pay a similar price in England we would not be staying in nearly such a nice hotel that's for sure. Certainly not one with a pool on the roof! We absolutely loved the roof area. The pool is quite small (but still big enough to have a lovely, cool swim). The pool area is clean and there are sunbeds and chairs you can sit on around the pool and plenty of place to sunbathe. It is absolutely lovely the perfect place to relax and take in the view. They also have a lifeguard up there at all times which we were not expecting. The pool is open until 8 at night but you can still go up to the roof for drinks and to eat your dinner after this time. They also provide towels for you which is great. The bar on the roof is absolutely excellent and the service is impeccable. The bar staff and waiters and waitresses work so hard and are so friendly (whilst also remaining professional). The bar food is great especially the mini burgers and the club sandwiches are to die for. You can also have dinner up on the roof and there are lots of lovely tables and chairs to chose fro

Ottima posizione, vicino al porto ed al centro città con la sua via pedonale ricca di negozi e taverne, tutto a breve distanza e percorribile tranquillamente a piedi. Abbiamo avuto una bella camera con vista mare. All'ultimo piano c'è la sala colazione con vetrate sul mare e fortezza. Tutto molto pulito ed arredamento nuovo. Ottima e variegata colazione. Il parcheggio lo abbiamo trovato a neanche 5 minuti dall'hotel, al porto ad un prezzo molto conveniente di 3 euro al giorno (se si entra dopo le 10 di sera non si paga).

Bellissima struttura di fronte alla fortezza veneziana ed a pochi passi dalla zona pedonale. Camera di ampiezza standard per il livello, ampio balcone. Letto molto comodo. Piscina sul tetto forse un po' piccola per le esigenze. Personale gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare qualunque esigenza. Parcheggio non grandissimo ma con utile servizio di valet parking. Colazione con linea con lo standard dell'hotel. Nel complesso una esperienza estremamente piacevole.

This was my first time at the amazing Stella Island, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations! I had heard so many great things about this place, but nothing could have prepared me for how stunning it truly is. The photos really don’t do it justice—this hotel is something you need to experience firsthand. And the way it transforms from day to night? Simply magical! From the moment we arrived, I felt like I had stepped into paradise. We were warmly greeted by Aris and Nikos, who took such good care of us throughout our stay. Aris has a heart of gold, and it was such a pleasure getting to know him better during our little trips around the hotel. The entire team was incredibly helpful, always there to assist us with our moves and daily routines. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and care! The reception team was equally wonderful, always smiling and so welcoming. Every interaction with them was lovely—efficient, friendly, and always ready to help. It’s a great feeling when you’re remembered and treated like family. We stayed in a room with a Premium Pool View near the Makuti side, and it was perfect! Spacious, spotless, and with the most comfortable beds. Makuti was our go-to spot for sunbathing, and the team there made every day special. Rania and her team were a joy to be around—her attention to detail is unmatched, and I loved catching up with her. George, with his calming presence, and Yannis made sure we were never without one of their amazing cocktails. And let’s not forget Yanni, who was always around, making sure everything was perfect. The drinks and food there were excellent! The food overall was exceptional—definitely a highlight of the trip! Lunch at the buffet was great, and the fish lunch at Vegera was top-notch. But La Parilla stole the show for both lunch and dinner. The meals were incredible, and the service was just as amazing. Johanna’s team is truly the best. Eleni, George, and Emerlito made every meal special, with their warm energy and flawless service. Kostis, the bartender, kept the good vibes going with his stories and perfect cocktails. Our evenings at Paraiso were a blast, too! Antonis and Sofia made the best cocktails—Sofia’s margaritas are to die for, and Antonis’ Margaritas are next level! Maria, Katerina, and Xaris were also a delight—super attentive and always ready with a smile. The entertainment was top-tier, the shows blew me away this year. Breakfast was another daily highlight, with a tough decision to make every morning between the buffet and La Parilla. Special shoutout to the lovely lady at the buffet and Lenti at La Parilla for starting our mornings off with great service and friendly faces. A massive thank you to Anastacia and Marina for taking such good care of us. And of course, a huge thanks to George and Christos for making us feel like part of the Stella Island family. This was, without a doubt, one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. The hotel itself is breathtaking, but it’s
