Wow - what a beautiful place. This hotel defines my hotel experience expectations… and then some! A very comfortable bed in a beautiful, thoughtful yet still somehow Nordic simplistic but with luxury at ever turn. Quality toiletries and a sauna in the bathroom which worked a treat for that authentic Finnish experience. Music throughout the room in zones too and a French balcony looking down to the pretty street below. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was set up in style with all the candles lit and made for a truly enjoyable experience with quality local produce. The best sourdough and butter ever but with so many other local items - blueberry juice, smoothie shots, great coffee, reindeer sausage with lingonberry jam, hummus, pesto, quality cold cuts and cheese, an amazing selection of eggs, cakes, jams and so much more. It was a lovely spread and I felt myself having to leave before I enjoyed too much so we retired to the hotel bar to enjoy another coffee! We only stayed one night sadly but will certainly be back. What a great team you have to deliver such an enjoyable experience at a reasonable price.

Un hotel davvero sorprendente! Semplicemente fantastico! Sono arrivato a Helsinki la mattina presto e il personale di turno mi ha accolto molto calorosamente, senza alcuna emozione! Ho fatto il check-out a mezzogiorno, ma mancavano ancora alcune ore alla partenza da Helsinki. Volevo fare un altro giro, ma non mi aspettavo che l'hotel fornisse anche un servizio di deposito bagagli premuroso! Il personale è molto paziente ed entusiasta! Grazie! Altamente raccomandato! Un hotel davvero sorprendente! Semplicemente fantastico! Sono arrivato a Helsinki nelle prime ore del mattino e sono stato accolto dall'impiegato di turno senza alcuna emozione e con grande ospitalità. Ho fatto il check-out a mezzogiorno, ma avevo ancora qualche ora prima di lasciare Helsinki e Volevo girare un po' di più, quindi non avevo capito che l'hotel aveva un servizio di deposito bagagli premuroso. Il personale è stato molto paziente e accogliente. Grazie a loro!

Really elegant rooms and public spaces. Our suite was delightful, with a decent-sized bathroom and walk in shower, no bath. Comfortable bed, good linen, nice pillows, advanced controls of lighting, which is helpful. Really excellent buffet breakfast. There's a rooftop bar open to all, not just guests, with great views and good cocktails (we only had one, royal mojito, so I generalise). Very good front desk, with helpful staff who not only found us the really nice suite but also recommended a very picturesque Finnish restaurant for the evening. Would happily return.

La camera dell'hotel è molto bella, abbastanza grande e le strutture sono nuovissime. Deve essere stato rinnovato di recente. L'hotel è a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dall'aeroporto, il che è molto comodo, adatto soprattutto alle persone in transito.

L'hotel ha un corpo d'epoca ed uno moderno. A mio avviso lo spostamento della hall sul lato moderno ha fatto perdere fascino. Aree comuni un pò piccole. A parte questo hotel molto bello, lacation centralissima, ottima la colazione (molto bella anche la veranda sulla strada). Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato

It was a nice hotel. The room was clean and quite spacious. Do note there is no bellboy service (which is common in Europe) so you have to push your heavy luggages yourself. The breakfast was superb.
