Overall staffs are friendly and only comment is that if the cleaning work can be carried out daily will be much helpful. Food is simple and variety is limited comparing to international hotels. Location is OK with grocery stores and pharmacy by walking distances.

The location is a bit far from the metro station, but quite close to the tramcar station. I was assigned a room at the end of the corridor, even outside of the main accommodation area. The room is fundamentally clean, but the water pot is too dirty to use. The shower head kept popping off, and the light in the shower room automatically turns off it if I took a shower longer than 5 mins and will not turn on again unless I go outside the shower room and then come back. The sauna was highly satisfying, except that I saw a couple went to the sauna room during the woman only hours, each of them with just one tower and no other clothes.

Great location for 1 day trip to Tallinn.

Unity is located west of the city centre so a short tram journey is needed to get to the main sights and shopping areas. The building is very well maintained and attractively decorated. My suite was very spacious for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night. Had I not already booked other accomodation I would have stayed here for my entire trip. I was so impressed. The neighbourhood gets quiet in the evenings but there are bars, cafes and food shops just a short walk away.

Stayed here for two nights for my first time in Helsinki. Lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The loft apartment was clean and well equipped. Will definitely choose this place on my next visit!!

This apartment hotel is great for business/ solo traveler who also plans to take the ferry. It’s super close. There’s a tram stop not to far from hotel entrance. It’s quiet, convenient and super comfortable. The breakfast is the same every morning. So it’s a bit disappointing. But otherwise the it’s a great stay. Definitely will book it again.

オンラインチェックインの連絡など英語の苦手な日本人からしたら煩わしい連絡メールが多々くるのはありますが、総じてまた泊まりたいです！まず直前のセール価格かもですが、ヘルシンキで1万ちょいでこんな綺麗かつ広い部屋に泊まれてラッキーでした。 翌朝早朝にタリン行きのフェリー乗り場が近くて助かりました。逆に中心部からは少し離れてますが、T9で15分程度で全然近いです。 あと、部屋は2階建てて、1階にはキッチン。カラトリーもあるのでスーパーで買ってきたものも食べやすいです！ムーミンショップの近くの高級スーパーには惣菜系もありお勧めです。2階がベッドルームです。 ベッドルームに移動はめんどくさいですが、1階のリビングのソファも大きいのでとても安らげました。 あと地味にコンセントにUSBとCタイプがセットになってるタイプがありました！めちゃくちゃ便利でした！ 欠点は、カードキーも貰えましたが、オンラインチェックインですますならアプリDLしてカードキーもらうところでしょうか。私はDLもめんどいでしませんでした。 周りには特に何もないですが、むしろ静かで良かったです。 総じてまた泊まりたいホテルでした！

部屋は清潔でスタッフも親切です。 鍵が電子キーになっていますがエラーで使えなかったのですが、物理キーをすぐ発行してもらえて助かりました。 またサウナもとても良かったのですが時間帯によって男女が変わる形になっておりキーは誰でも開けられるため注意が必要です。 また、前の時間帯に使っていた人が綺麗にしていない場合は床がびしょびしょです。 上記事項を踏まえてもかなりいいサウナのため泊まった場合はぜひ利用してください。

安靜，乾淨，自助入住，周圍交通方便，去市區景點只要十五分鐘不到，周圍有24小時便利店，店員可以用英語，很方便。房間落地窗看落日很美，不過這個季節落日是晚上快十一點才有，日出是早上四點更看不到了，但相信我落地窗很美。 床在二樓，睡的很舒服，只是行李不方便搬上二樓。很滿意的一次預定。

こんな素晴らしいホテルに初めて宿泊した。ホテルの質もよく皆さんへ是非おすすめしたい。値段も大変良心的でした。
