I had an excellent experience at this hotel! The cleanliness was exceptional—every area, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotless and well-kept. It was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a pristine environment. My room was fresh, tidy, and very comfortable, making my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a hotel with top-notch cleanliness, this is definitely the place to stay

They should work on the receptionists as they didn't bother to give me information I need ahxh as breakfast yet the room i booked came with it. Didn't feel a great hospitality besides the room being decent.

The hotel is very good all over except for a very poor breakfast.they don't have bread or a toaster . Additionally ice was not available. It's a pitty such a well appointed 4star hotel would fall down on such a simple basic matter

Levande is a nice hotel for travel sleeping, but they should improve a little bit such: shuttle bus tag should be written both in English and Chinese. - staffs and driver are friendly, kindness. Thank for picking up and seeing off

renovated but not as good as photos. very dusty around the location and not much eateries within walking distance. airport pick up / drop off was good.
