È piccolo ed elegante, ne sono soddisfatto, ma l'insonorizzazione è un po' debole. Mi è capitato di incontrare dei cinesi rumorosi di fronte e sono rimasto un po' disturbato, ma la natura dell'hotel è accettabile e il personale di servizio è gentile.

L'hotel ha una buona posizione. Fonti alimentari tutt'intorno, ci sono 7-Eleven e un distributore automatico di cibo e bevande davanti alla hall. Vicino alla stazione MRT di Huai Khwang La stanza non era né stretta né larga. Ma la pulizia non è ancora così pulita come dovrebbe essere. La governante non pulisce il bagno. Non ho aggiunto fazzoletti e non ho riempito il kit di cortesia la notte successiva.

Le pareti della stanza presentano segni di sporco. Nell'angolo della stanza ci sono insetti mangiatori di polvere. Il servizio non è impressionante. Ho prenotato un letto singolo ma ho preso un letto matrimoniale. Il bagno è angusto.

Questa deve essere la peggiore esperienza alberghiera che abbia mai avuto.
1. La camera standard è molto piccola e non c'è nemmeno un tavolo su cui appoggiare un computer. Il condizionatore è di fronte al letto. Molto peggio degli hotel vicini dello stesso prezzo.
2. La differenza di prezzo tra la camera standard e la camera deluxe su Ctrip è solo di circa dieci yuan. Se vuoi passare al prezzo deluxe alla reception, ti costerà trentaquattro yuan e non puoi cambiarlo su Ctrip.
3. L'atteggiamento del servizio è scarso. C'è una reception che parla cinese, ma ha un atteggiamento freddo quando fa domande. È come se non volesse parlare con nessuno.
4. Ho effettuato una prenotazione per una settimana. Il primo giorno del mio soggiorno non ero soddisfatto e volevo fare il check-out in anticipo, ho discusso a lungo con l'hotel senza fare alcuna concessione.
Per riassumere, non consiglierei di soggiornare in questo hotel. L'esperienza in altri hotel vicini a una distanza simile è molto migliore di questa.

Nel complesso la stanza non è pulita.
La tazza da caffè non è lavata e non può essere utilizzata.
Il pavimento del bagno presenta ancora macchie dovute all'uso.

Nearby Huai Kwang Station, and a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff, hotel is clean and breakfast is great, at least for my family can wake up and eat before heading out.
I recently stayed at Myhotel CMYK @ Ratchada from 1st February, and I regret to say that it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. What was supposed to be a relaxing holiday turned into a series of stressful and disappointing events due to the hotel’s poor conditions and lack of customer service.
Upon checking in, I was horrified to find two dead cockroaches in the corner of the room. I informed the housekeeper, who removed them, but I didn’t think much of it at the time. However, when I returned to my room at 10:40 PM, I was greeted with an even more disturbing sight: multiple baby cockroaches crawling around the room.
I immediately went to the reception to request a room change, but I was told no other rooms were available. When I asked for a refund so I could book elsewhere, I was flatly rejected. The only solution they offered was to spray insect repellent to kill the cockroaches, which was completely unacceptable. Killing the cockroaches would not solve the underlying hygiene issue, and I could not possibly feel safe or comfortable staying in such a room.
After much back-and-forth, I was finally moved to an upgraded room at around 1am. However, even this room had issues: the bedsheet was stained, the floor was very dirty, and the shower drain was clogged. The next day, I was asked to move back to my original room, which added to the inconvenience and stress. When I spoke to the manager at the reception, they allowed me to stay in the upgraded room and promised a deep cleaning. While the deep cleaning improved the room’s condition, it was shocking that such measures were necessary in the first place.
On day 3, I experienced yet another issue. While showering, two bees came out from the side door, which was both alarming and dangerous. This incident added to my growing list of concerns and made my stay even more uncomfortable.
Throughout this ordeal, the hotel staff showed a complete lack of accountability and customer care. Despite my repeated requests for a refund or a proper resolution, I was met with indifference and excuses. The only person who tried to help was Monica G from Trip, who went above and beyond to assist me. Unfortunately, even her efforts were not enough to resolve the situation with the hotel.
This experience was far below the standard I expected from a hotel with a 4.3/5 rating. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and refusal to take responsibility for the issues were shocking and unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice before booking.

Hotel is nice. Upon arriving they gave me the wrong room, which was below what I had booked. Then, I went down to get the right booking room. After going to the actual room the hot water wasn’t hot, then had to go back down and then the maintenance man came to fix it. So that got sorted eventually but is stressful when you’re tired from traveling.
The bathroom had sections in the wall which were cut out and led to the mosquitos flying into the actual bedroom, which was ridiculous as it disturbed my sleep and I got terrible bites, and had a flight to catch at 6am. So be careful opening the window in the suit room.
Breakfast wasn’t a buffet and a set menu to select from which had 5 options and low quality processed ham and meat. Not how you want to start your day but hey.
