Booked a single room. Add states bed and breakfast. Got ready at 7 am waiting for breakfast. All other guests were served except me, was right next to kitchen, could hear them preparing food. At 9am decided to leave as I could not locate the hosts, another guest let me out as he had a remote to the gate. I was afterwards told that my booking did not include breakfast as it was economy. How stupid, as I will not recommend this place to anyone. An egg on toast cost cents, a referral worth Rands.

I had an important event between March 27th and March 31st 2025. Thats why I wanted to make sure that the booking went through. Unfortunatunately, I accidentally ended up not in Heidelberg am Neckar, beet in Heidelberg in South Africa, When I realized my mistake I caneled immediately. It`s still a year away from arrival. However, I still don`t get the full booking amount back! This is very dubious, so I cannot recommend this hotel. The 50% repayment that was repayment to me has not yet been received.
