I initially booked a double room for Friday 08/07/2010 until 08/21/2020 but due to my schedule could not arrive to stay until very late at night on 08/09; upon arrival there were roaches crawling out from everywhere and bugs DEAD and alive all throughout the sheets and blankets. I took photos and stayed somewhere else that night. When I asked for a refund the next day the manager said he would have to ask HIS manager for approval; after a lengthy conversation he finally agreed to refund the second week but had to wait to speak to his manager about the first week. If you are reading this you can see the date I am writing this is 08/10/2020 and I checked out today, only hours after I physically arrived. This Manager would not even pay me for 08/10/20-08/14/20 Monday through Friday and I am clearly not there. This hotel is the worst and on top of that they are trying to keep hundreds of dollars from me and I never stayed one night.

I miei figli avevano problemi di auto e ho finito di unirmi a mia figlia per una notte inaspettata in questo hotel.
