As always fantastic service by the staff.

今次是公務，所以揀酒店都是近客的寫字樓。地方很寬闊清潔工作人員都有很有禮貌因為支架到這裏交通是沒有問題我入住早了1小時。他可以給我房間因為我的行李比較多他更把我的房間換到低層。因為沒有升降機這間酒店清潔是很好的。

We reserved a harbour view room - this view also happened to include a not so nice view of an untidy utility/loading bay area! Room was old and needed binoculars to see the TV it was so small. After a visit to the pool, we came back to the room to no hot water and were told this was because all the other guests were using it! After waiting about an hour and several calls to the reception from our own phones as there was no phone in our room, finally went in person to sort it out and we were moved to another much nicer room where the hot water was working. This room was at the back of the hotel with no view. We had dinner in the Waterside restaurant, had to send the lamb steak back to the kitchen as it was undercooked. Overall it was an average hotel, not sure we'd stay here again especially on a special occasion. Photo is of the second room's view.

Rooms were great,breakfast was amazing and the staff were accommodating. Would def come again.

Check in was quick and simple, room was freezing but there was a Dyson heater which worked well ti heat the room. No hot water called reception who finally sent somebody up to investigate, said he had reset the boiler but didn't think we would get any hot water and it was a busy time in the hotel. Speaking g to other guests in the bar, everybody had the same issue and ut was the same the previous day. Nothing offered on check out just sorry its been an issue Bathrooms needed an upgrade

One of our favourite UK destinations on the South Coast. Well located for bus services linking to the Island , Portsmouth and Chichester. Local pubs within 15 minute walk. Disappointed with choice on Al a Carte dinner menu. Key items not available. Rooms comfortable, recent refurbished. Bonus use of health club facilities.

Generally good, cleanliness relates to the spa area which really could have been improved. Furry friend living in the dockyard! Staff wonderful

Very good stay, pool good, room fine. Really polite and helpful staff. Food in restaurant good. Would be good if a bar menu was offered, as stayed more than night and restaurant gets expensive if you eat there every night.

Lovely and helpful staff. Quiet waterside location with ample parking! We drove down to all the beaches in South Hayling just 10-15 minute drive from the hotel. Also had a chance to use the pool,,sauna and gym which was great

Lovely location looking out over Langston Harbour. Staff very friendly and helpful. Has pool and spa which you can use if your are staying. Good Breakfast.
