Ottimo. La stanza grande pulita e con tutti gli accessori che servono. Il personale molto cordiale. Nel reparto ristorazione ottimo buffet e qui il personale era al meglio, molto carini, gentili e simpatici. Grazie a tutto lo staff

La posizione è eccellente, vicino al lungomare e al Cuba National Hotel. Il personale di servizio è cordiale e amichevole, gli spostamenti sono comodi. È possibile accedere a Internet, anche se la velocità è limitata, e l'esperienza complessiva del soggiorno è buona. .

Che esperienza e che posto fantastico in cui soggiornare. Non troppo lontano dall'Avana vecchia; tutto il personale è assolutamente adorabile e molto disponibile. La vista dalla mia camera era semplicemente incredibile. Pulito e molto spazioso. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui quando verrete nella bellissima Avana

Hanno dovuto mandarmi in un altro albergo perché l'aria condizionata nelle camere non funzionava bene alla fine non ho ricevuto quello per cui avevo pagato

L'hotel è di fascia alta e confortevole, l'atteggiamento del servizio è molto buono e l'aria condizionata è confortevole. C'è Internet gratuito, ma il segnale nella stanza non è buono. Il direttore della hall dell'hotel è molto gentile e può chiamare per la mattina servizio bus.

Non sono rimasto lì, non ho preso il volo e non mi è stato permesso di riprogrammare. Potrei per favore avere il permesso di riprogrammare da sabato 15 a martedì 18 o ricevere un buono o uno sconto da utilizzare per la mia nuova prenotazione, per favore?

The hotel is in a good location, easy walking distance to all the sights and it’s very close to the iconic Hotel National de Cuba, which is a must see! The staff are amazing, especially the front of house/reception, the pool staff on the roof deck, and the ground floor bar staff who were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a good variety of local and continental options, buffet style with a range of drinks/juices. I used the gym and the pool, was a good experience. Taxi from the airport to hotel and return to the airport cost me £10 sterling each way, but of course the taxi guys do try to charge double that, so negotiate amicably and pay a fair price! I had a slightly scary experience on my final night at the hotel, when a strange man entered my room at 11.30pm! I had to chase him him and report him to reception downstairs. I was told he was the maintenance guy who accidentally went into my room. I was not given an apology by the manager nor offered any resolution, as I wasn’t able to sleep that night due to anxiety etc. Imagine if I had been a less able man, or even a female, I dread to think what could have and would have happened! The matter was reported to Trip.com who apologised but it should have been the hotel manager who spoke with me, and I felt disrespected that they still to date have not bothered to contact me! Overall, the hotel is nice, but it was just my end incident on the final night that messed up my experience.

I’ve been in 100+ hotels at 50+ countries and there were hotels from 3 to 5 stars even Aman among them. This is not the worst hotel ever, but the worst among 5*. The hotel is 2, probably. Even cockroaches at the lobby bar knows that… The worst thing is food. It looks like normal tasty but it so bad when you eat it… And after spending hours three days in a row at WC puking and so on… So… Never ever…

Average hotel, rooms are old. AC works well, breakfast is very good.

It was an excellent stay. I enjoyed my time there and the food was good. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a good place to stay in havana. It is not far from the city

I was so happy to stay there. Staffs are very nice people, and the services are fantastic. They were kind enough to care about our flight being cancelled by the hurricane.

位置不錯，走幾步就到氣派的哈瓦那大酒店，酒店大堂南北通透，遊客可以穿過去 就可以看到大海了，沿着海邊就是海濱大道 酒店早餐就廚師可以現煎雞蛋是個兩點 不過房間裏沒有配備電水壺是我比較介意的 酒店對面有家餐廳，好像叫什麼21，菜做的不錯，價格也不貴 總體來説，我不推薦古巴旅遊，最大的問題是汽車尾氣導致的嚴重空氣污染，隨處可見的老爺車都是排放嚴重超標的，走在海邊大道邊都是尾氣氣味，海風都無法吹散。早上都不敢打開酒店房間的窗户，一打開就是一股子汽車尾氣，雖然我已經是住在7樓了
