The staff were very friendly, the environment was great, the breakfast was delicious, and the M Club was definitely worth it — everything was pretty much perfect.

Room was very spacious, amenities were new. Sound proof was very good, we managed to sleep very well. The breakfast however lack of variations and hope they could provide more non-pork options.

Really loved the hotel as it was clean and spacious. The service was impeccable and my husband and I were very impressed. The location is amazing as well since there’s a night market right downstairs the hotel. Would stay here again if we return to chiang mai.

The service was immaculate. Hotel is located near night market with eateries and shops right at the doorstep. We love the gym and sauna but the pool is abit small. Breakfast is fantastic. Wide variety of food and drinks. What I’m most impressed was, I emailed them my request for being slightly nearer to the lift and higher floor, and they remembered. I will return !

We had a lovely stay here. The gym is excellent and the pool is good. Breakfast was amazing! Next time, we will try to visit when the air quality is better as most days we couldn’t even see the mountain from our window.

Fantastic room view of the mountain, we enjoyed watching planes take off too. Room is spacious, clean, bright and shower pressure is good. There is a tub too and a plate of complimentary, tropical fruits. Breakfast selection is not wide but of good quality. One of the day, there was electrical work in the day time but hotel provided all day snack at lobby. It was lovely and honestly did not bother us. Location is convenient, within minutes walking distance to supermarket, morning and night markets and plenty of shops around. Service from every staff is excellent! Highly recommend 👍🏼

Wonderful Marriot Hotel which excels in customer service......yes it will remind you of what hotels used to be like. Spotlessly clean rooms and wonderful buffet that has an end time of 11:00am, yes 11:00am so you can enjoy your lie in and still have time to enjoy a world class buffet breakfast all served with a smile by the morning team. Don't miss the chefs Pineapple Rice which is served a couple of time a week, really great!! Thanks Chef!!
