The hotel was clean, had good parking and a small but pleasant outdoor pool. However, service was not good. Maybe they did not have enough people on duty, but the bar was often unstaffed, even at busy times, the solo bar person seemed to have other jobs as well. There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee, and when we went to reception to get some teabags we were rudely informed that ”it's not self-service, go to the bar if you want tea or coffee” (6 euros a cup!). A request to the duty manager revealed that it is Novotel policy not to provide tea and coffee in the rooms. Just a kettle. At dinner, a request for a wine list resulted in a wordless point to a QR code glued to the table. This did not work, and a request for information from the bar tender (when they finally appeared) was greeted by a shrug. We did not buy any wine. There was a pleasant patio near the pool, perfect for a pre-dinner beer on a sunny evening. However there was no table service, and the door leading to the bar was locked, so to get a drink you had to walk around three sides of the building, through reception and hope there was someone staffing the bar when you got inside. The atmosphere of the hotel was cold and unwelcoming. I will never go there again and will think carefully about staying at any Novotel in the future.

Anche per 50€ per notte, si può aspettare una camera giusta. La prima notte il letto è in forma di ”cuvetta”, quindi dormono molto male e il dolore si sente al mattino. Dopo essere stato informato al ricevimento al mattino, mi viene detto che il sommero è cambiato per la seconda notte. La seconda notte è esattamente identica alla prima ... o tutti i scherzi sono completamente fuggiti ... o ci sono rimasti a ridere di me. Inoltre, un odore di tabacco molto forte in permanenza nella stanza e anche nel corridoio dell'accoglienza.

Hotel di base per coloro che non vogliono lasciare un braccio, ma tariffa troppo alta rispetto alla qualità della camera. La camera merita un piccolo rinfrescamento.Non ci sono abbastanza prese per collegare abbastanza caricatori, non c'è clima ( questo è il minimo per me, visto il tempo che viviamo ), poi abbiamo dormito male perché era più caldo nella stanza che a all'esterno. Altrimenti i punti positivi: Personale pulito e accogliente, colazione corretta per la tariffa richiesta, le letti sono corrette (non male la schiena), parcheggio e hotel sono ben sicuri.

Arrivo; accoglienza con tassa di soggiorno da pagare per 2 notti, fa mica per attrarre i turisti. camera: eccellente pulizia letto molto buono, Televisione simpatica, WiFi ottimo, bella camera da bagno molto pulita con biancheria da bagno e gel doccia piccolo tatto delicato con piatto di tè completo WC porta difettosa che non chiude perché è scalata. non ideale Caldimento bruciato tutta la notte sono sentiti i rumori sopra caccia d'acqua / doccia isolamento finestra (si intende il rumore di autobus in parcheggio) almorzamento orari di apertura molto corretti accoglienza molto gentile e sorridente sala molto piacevole spaziale ben illuminata e molto pulita TV murale simpatico Mobiliario simpatico aereo e discreto bagno molto pulito Colazione di qualità eccellente multi scelte in bevande, vigneti, pane, frutta, prodotti lattiero-caseari e proteine .... riforniti rapidamente. sala di rimessa in forma super simpatica con banco muscolare bicicletta e un bel tappeto di corsa aperto tutto il giorno in libero accesso gratuito Equipe di pulizia eccellente, molto efficace e super discreto. Equipe di accoglienza molto sorridente ed efficace Equipe di colazione eccellente, molto sorridente ed efficace. Più per questo hotel, c'è un piccolo ristorante a 20 metri molto occupato con Karaoke DJ. PS Dobbiamo prenotare le tavole in anticipo perché altrimenti è blindato da mondo. A parte i piccoli disagio sopra citati, è un ottimo istituto. Se dovesse essere attribuito un biglietto, gli darò 18/20 . Grazie a tutta la squadra per il vostro devoto impegno.

I needed a place to rest on a long drive and this place seemed ideal as it was only just off the A4 from Paris to Strasbourg The parking is a gated affair, you need a code to get (your car) in, so you need to check in first to get parked. If you checkin online in the days before your stay you'll avoid any messing late at night. The room was fine for me and in top condition. The bathroom a tad outdated but all working and seemed nice and clean. Wifi was good enough to watch some online streaming TV. The TV itsself was all French channels aside from Euronews in English and one of the movie channels had movies in English. The breakfast was OK but as youd expect for the price relatively simple, so breads+butter+jams, some yoghurts, a bit of cheese, some sweet pastries etc. along with scrambled egg. The coffee was reasonable, I found the best option to go for the americano and add fresh milk. So, the breakfast isnt a feast but theres plenty there to get you started for the day. All in all, its probably worth 5 for value for money especially booking as a flex deal , the room/ bathroom between 4 and 5 (considering the price) but I cant stretch to give it the full 5 overall as the late night checkin with parking the car at the gate and then running to a machine is not what you want after a drive. I tried to checkin online on the evening of arival but this was no longer possible. ALSO!!! - be aware that the late night checkin machine ONLY takes physical cards with pin number - theres no facility for paying by cash or contactless. On my last journey at a nearby hotel (the last one in France just before the border at Saarbrücken) we even had to pay for strangers at midnight whose cards were not working and they gave us the money in cash.

Hotel simpatico in rapporto qualità/prezzo. Facile accesso. Personale piacevole e ascoltato. Bella camera pulita con letto matrimoniale. Pequeno bemol: un po' di rumore delle auto e dei vicini di stanza bui che hanno fatto molto rumore parlare forte nel corridoio e cercare di aprire le porte, tagliandole più volte.
