Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Hat Yai

I was book Junior Suite for the hotel but once entering , there is white stain on the floor like it never clean , also some black flake around.. Reception and Housekeeping came to see and they agree to move us to a new room which is not really different but a bit better. Just only if I asked for a spare key , but she just said that is the only one keycard of this room for the whole hotel.. Okay Fine!! The next day , we need to use the room for web-meeting after lunch and ask them to make up room during 2 hours lunch outside .. I told both the reception and press the sign at the room. Once we back to set up the meeting , Room was not clean , It is really a pissed .. that we have to wait downstairs another 20 mins and have to rush back for meeting. I asked the housekeeping that how many person work as housekeeping here , she said only herself. Thats why room is dirty even it is not full. I can see how poor of the hotel's management And staff there look ignorance a lot ,, never say sorry or even offer us a drink or something , no service mind

Abbiamo prenotato 2 x camera Deluxe con colazione, l'hotel è situato macro, centro commerciale e mercato notturno. Mi piace la posizione, molto conveniente e facile da accedere ovunque. Ci sono anche parcheggio. La piscina è grande e ha anche sala da ginnastica. La stanza è grande per me per mettere 2 bagagli.Il personale non può parlare inglese in modo fluente.A volte non capisco cosa sto chiedendo o spiegando.La stanza è pulita e il suono prova anche. Il più importante per me è la prova sonora.Tornero' in questo hotel. Molto consiglio ai miei amici e alla mia famiglia.

Quando sono arrivato, sono stato salutato dal vostro staff. Era gentile, amichevole, rispettoso e aiutava il mio bagaglio al lobby. Il check-in è stato fatto in modo ordinato. La stanza era spaziale, pulita e so che ho fatto la scelta giusta, scelendo l'hotel Centara per il mio viaggio di 4 giorni. L'hotel era proprio al contrario del mercato del giardino.. E' stato così conveniente andare in giro ovunque. La parte migliore dell'hotel è il colazione! Ci sono state molte varietà di cibo delizioso e il suo grande giorno per iniziare il vostro giorno sul tavolo mangiando mentre pianificava il vostro giorno! In generale, è stata una grande esperienza! Grazie Centara hotel! 😘😘😘

We were assigned this hotel after signing off from our vessel. Mosquitos were buzzing around as the receptionist checked us in. This hotel have seen better days and would make an excellent choice for a ******* hotel film set. The furniture and furnishings are really really rundown. Stained carpets and yellowed wallpaper greet you at the room. Curtains looked like they were installed in the 70s and mosquitoes buzzed around as you open them. No complimentary coffee or tea but there’s an electric kettle though. Hot water only for the showers, hot enough to cook noodles kind. No fridge and the wifi connection is not stable. The receptionist were polite when I called to raise the issue with them. Said ok and asked for my room number but nobody came to rectify the problems. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They are not doing anything to make sure the guest’s stay are comfortable and pleasant. Bad wifi connection, hot water only showers and no fridge. It’s especially bad since I have quarantine in the room for 14 days. All my other friends have similar problems in their rooms. It like the hotel is planning to shut down soon because broken things are not fixed and appliances are not replaced.

It’s a neat & nice hotel but the staffs were not that friendly, no smiling face. The hotel don’t provide full toiletries like toothbrush and slippers. All need to request at the front desk. The wifi was not auto login and need to login every time whenever get back to the hotel. The hotel is located at a quiet end just behind the New Season hotel with spacious rooms. It’s a 10 mins walk to where Lee Garden eateries & night market are. It’s a 15 mins walk to Kim Yong market . Tuk tuk is ever ready at the doorstep waiting for a short trip elsewhere in Hatyai. A few massage shops across the hotel but I do not recommended as the fees are expensive than those close to May Flower Hotel or Lee Garden. There is a nice noodle shop opposite the hotel which is open from 6pm-330am. A tiny version of Big C supermart is located 3min walk from the hotel m trip and it was a pleasant stay! 😊 I love the hotel location very much, it's not at the busiest part of Hatyai but still a walking distance to Kim Yong market, eateries, and malls. It was a pleasant stay to me and my family! But I do hope the staffs at the front desk could have more smiling face to welcome us…

La stanza è vicino al quartiere aziendale, comoda, molto traffico, vicino al mercato Kim Yong. Ma la condizione dell'hotel è piuttosto vecchia. La stanza è dotata di grandi e piccole tovaglie. Il personale della camera non è completo dopo la COVID 19. Il personale della camera e del colazione sono molto pochi e il gusto è giusto. Se siete pieni, dovete andare a mangiare fuori dall'hotel.

We booked very last minutes via Trip.com, a nice and clean budget hotel, location is nearby greenway with walking distance. 10mins drive to Lee Garden, suitable for own driving trip. The road is not so crowded, a few Thai convenience stores next to hotel. The hotel provides basic toiletries and towel, even better if can provide hair dryer, others are great!

Clean and new! More important, got bath . Around 10mins from the city central of Hatyai. Can use Grab or TukTuk to go to anywhere

The hotel is vey good. The receptionist is so nice and kind. I got the connecting room as i requested at the front desk. I am so impressed. The room is also big and the bed is very comfortable. The shower is very good. I like the shower . The water strongly flow.

Ho prenotato due notti a Hat Yai che viaggiava come una donna sola. Ho prenotato la notte prima di arrivare e tutto era perfetto. La posizione è abbastanza buona come si può camminare per la maggior parte dei luoghi. Sono andato al centro commerciale del Festival (e ho preso un taxi perché era piovendo). La stanza era davvero grande e molto bella! Tutto era molto pulito e ho anche una vista sulla città. Grande bagno pulito e spazioso. Una piccola frigorifera con una buona temperatura fredda.La piscina è bella e per la bassa stagione l'ho avuto a me stesso. Il personale era sorprendente. Così amichevole e utile. Alla colazione oggi il proprietario si è persino camminato e si è presentata. Bella. La cosa un po 'povera è stata la colazione, ma credo sia perché è una stagione bassa e non così tanti ospiti.
