 Very nice location with good service and very nice rooms. There is also a gondola included in the room price which is very nice.  Staff is nice and helpful, highly recommended.

Lovely quirky little castle themed hotel. It's a bit of a weird place to get to and check in (unless you take the cableway which arrives directly) but members of staff were extremely helpful in instructing us in how to arrive as well as providing excellent service and information on the surrounding area when we arrived. 200RMB of cable rides included with room. Room was spacious and clean with a nice view!

Best location at Sun island in Harbin city, hotel is amazing (castle of Russia style), room so awesome, wonderful snow view and we can taking cableway to central street area that provide from hotel, breakfast also yummy with Chinese’s flavor,

I love castles and this Hotel made a dream come true. The rooms were so big and it felt like you are secluded but there is life around you. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The surrounds is beautiful and there are so many different activities that you can do, The cable car trip was so nice we laughed so much as some of us had not been on one so they laughed and were scared at the same time. Next time I will stay longer though.

* at around no restauran only minimarket & cafe at next building
* hard to find taxi go from hotel
* there is shuttle from hotel to sun world subway (+/-2km walk) and off duty at 04.30pm and need pay 5 yuan per person/single short trip
Now harbin already have subway if only want to Snow festival & ice festival from down town (zhongyang street to sun world only 2 yuan/person/trip)

Cable car from the hotel that can take you to the center of the city. In a very picturesque location during winter. Great for a romantic weekend.

服務：態度很好，接待我們的是一個高高的帥小夥，服務熱情，態度很好，給他五星超級好評。
松花江索道來回雙人票:這個很實惠。雖然在太陽島上住，但有這個索道來回中央大街很方便。

環境幽靜，適合休閑喜歡安靜的出遊，太陽城堡三樓就是過江索道的起點，入住贈送來回票。松花江夕陽和日出都很美，唯一不好的就是出行有些不便，點外賣需要提前一小時。
房間非常大，很乾凈，兩米大床，服務周到，推薦親子出遊。早上起來看看江景，走路去太陽島公園 ，回來可以坐遊覽車來個環島遊
