Mi è piaciuto tutto, la colazione era eccezionale. Il personale era estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Anastasia è stata la nostra ospite per il primo giorno e il suo sorriso ci ha fatto iniziare magnificamente la nostra giornata lì. Era eccezionalmente adorabile.

Ottima struttura. Spiaggia tranquilla e rilassante con vista Dubai Marina. Tutto il personale davvero gentile, cordiale, attento e sempre sorridente e disponibile. La colazione è superlativa. Curata nei minimi dettagli. Ricca e variegata. Lo chef Debu davvero gentilissimo, disponibile, un ottimo cuoco. Pietanze tutte squisite. Ogni mattina preparava express i pancake a mio figlio con una fantasia sempre diversa e il pane fresco per me. Erica e Kamal del personale sono delle persone squisite, i miei bimbi li hanno amati.

Esperienza fantastica - abbiamo passato delle ore in spiaggia e pranzato presso il ristorante della spiaggia. Vista e mare splendido, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Un ringraziamento speciale a Julius per aver reso tutto ancora più bello con il suo servizio impeccabile.

È l’hotel dove mi sono trovato meglio in assoluto come servizi e tutto. Complimenti a tutto lo staff gentile e premuroso. Pulizia hotel e camere davvero eccellente. Piscina e spiaggia con personale attento e qualificato, in particolare Abdul servizievole e gentile, così come Ziko.

Onestamente sono rimasto un po deluto: prezzi assurdi, appartamento grande ma impersonale, ristorante non all'altezza. Cenone di fine anno a cifre da capogiro. servizio in camera non all'altezza. Non penso ci tornerò.

Sono stato al Kempinski e mi sono trovato davvero bene. La camera era devvero pulita e ordinata. Ringrazio Nomant Renuk per avermela pulita. Una cosa anche molto bella era la piscina. Adatta per passare le giornate in famiglia e mangiare in asdraio. Il cibo era buono e personale molto gentile.

Ho trascorso qui una settimana con la mia famiglia e che dire… è stato fantastico! L’appartamento è enorme, molto bello, pulitissimo. La colazione è ottima e prevede una scelta molto ampia. Bellissima e grande piscina all’interno di un giardino molto curato, il tutto a ridosso di una bella spiaggia tenuta benissimo. Molto personale gentile e disponibile, begli ambienti, molta cura del cliente… perfetto per farsi coccolare per qualche giorno come principi, anzi come sceicchi. Un vero 5 stelle in cui tornare con piacere.

Tutto perfetto, dall’accoglienza al check out. Sempre seguiti e coccolati, stanze molto grandi e ben tenute, colazione ottima, spiaggia bella. Piscina con acqua riscaldata. Ideale per una vacanza sulla Palma. Sicuramente è un posto da tenere in considerazione per chi vuol sentirsi coccolato a Dubai

Daily use piscina e spiaggia. Una delle location migliori della mia vita, prezzi super ragionevoli e qualità eccelsa. Personale cortese e anche solo l’atmosfera vale la visita . Piscina enorme e spiaggia bella e tranquilla. Tappa fissa consigliatissima

Wonderful service from the whole team, even before we left UK we received a call to see if we needed assistance, on arrival Bhanu and his team Rasid and Shalam kept our suite in excellent order and couldn't do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible especially on my wife's birthday, would definitely recommend this hotel, as one of the smaller more intimate places to stay it is very relaxing and a nice calm amongst the chaos of Dubai !!

It’s been 10 years since our last trip to Kempinski on The Palm. We used to come regularly when we lived in London, but now we live in Canada and unfortunately it’s not as convenient! Our kids were very small and really didnt remember much of Dubai at all so it was time to bring them back as we’d missed it. Service in the Caribbean just isn’t up to the same standard. We’ve had a wonderful week and don’t want to leave. The rooms are just how we remember them, spotlessly clean and comfortable with big beds and high thread count linen. The staff are friendly, efficient and most of all, happy to go above and beyond. With the jet-lag, we’ve been heading to breakfast around 10.30am and really appreciate the buffet being open until 11am. The food is delicious and the breakfast offerings are immense… something for everyone. It’s always lovely to be greeted with big smiles in the morning from people who seem to enjoy their jobs, as appears to be the case with the chefs and servers. Kamal has been an absolute delight and I look forward to seeing him when we head down. He has taken care of us so well and in seconds is over to move the patio umbrella to give us shade if we need it. Being here during Ramadan has meant it’s been nice and quiet, just the way we like it. Plenty of space at the pool and beach. We’ve also enjoyed seeing everyone arriving for the evening feast in their beautiful outfits! The food looks so good our 2 teenagers have asked to join the feast for our last night here. Coming to Kempinski feels like a proper holiday to us. The surroundings are beautiful, the pool is stunning, the beach is lovely and the views are so special. We will be back for sure.
