The service was great, convenient location. Rooms are just average, was expecting more from Shangri-la Hotels. The rooms were unusually hot, last night they moved our 2 rooms to the top floor. Those rooms were smaller. They did not accommodate us in any other way.

Facilities are good, breakfast fruits have less varieties. More carbs, less meat. The waitresses service is excellent.

The rooms were really old，but staff was friendly and supported as much as they can. The staff was very supportive, child friendly and super fast. I was really impressed. Special thanks to Ms Nalisa Ni- she is amazing. One comment for the hotel,They really need to renew the rooms,Especially the AC,It smelled of mould or something similar

We used the Shangri-La Harbin as base for the visit of the Ice World. For that purpose it is really nice because of short distance. It is a little further to walk to the Sophia Church but for a night stay really nice. In front of the hotel there is currently a subway construction ongoing which leads to traffic jams.

Very friendly staff. Pool and Finnish Sauna have been very nice after the cold temperatures outside. Breakfast is great with western and chinese food. Rooms are ok but outdated. Had a river view room which was nice.

It's the best place for a family trip, the interior is clean, and the breakfast was so delicious. The staff were all friendly and the information service was good.

The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the most. The water heater was hot even you shower for long hours. The food provided was delicious. It suit our foreign taste. Enjoy so much in this hotel will recommend to friends and colleagues.

Service was good. Hotel room and amenities are dated, and does not live up to Shangri-La standards. Location was okay, though lack of subway nearby meant that one have to rely on taxis / didis which is an issue with peak hour traffic.
