YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

La stanza non era così grande ma funzionale e pulita, il letto è confortevole, il bagno e il bagno erano puliti e c'era un tè pomeriggio gratuito al lobby con dolci cucine e frutta. La posizione è al centro della città, proprio davanti al parco Zhaolin e a soli 1 mn di cammino verso la strada commerciale Zhongyang e a soli 5 mn di Songhua River, parco. Se si usa DIDI TRAVEL sull'app Alipay, la posizione di questo hotel dovrebbe essere scritta come ”Xi'an Deluxe Hotel.”

La camera era pulita e accogliente. La doccia a volte aveva acqua fredda, ma a parte questo la pressione era buona e forte. YYburnnavoyagesWe were delighted to find that our room was spacious and provided ample space for us to relax and unwind. The reading lounge in the room was a lovely addition, allowing us to enjoy some quiet reading time. The bathroom is spacious and clean.
The check-in staff were friendly and willing to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had. The helpfulness and courteousness made the check-in process smooth and welcoming.
Convenient Location: The hotel's location was truly advantageous, as it was within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, which is known as Asia's longest pedestrian street. This central location allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Harbin.
The inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea was a delightful addition to our stay. The hotel offered a decent selection of food during both meals, ensuring that we had a satisfying start to our day and a pleasant afternoon treat.
Staff at the restaurant were always attentive and ready to assist us. They provided excellent service and ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable. Their attentiveness added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our meals.
City Tour Arrangements: We were pleased to discover that the hotel had a local tour arranger at the lobby near the reception area. Ms. Tong Tong, the tour arranger, proved to be extremely helpful in organizing a private car for our city tour. She ensured that our preferences were taken into account and made valuable suggestions for places to explore.
Professional and Polite Driver: Our driver for the city tour, Mr. Gwu MiAn, was exceptional in his professionalism and attentiveness. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour.
Overall, our stay at was memorable and enjoyable. The spacious rooms, clean bathroom, helpful check-in staff, convenient location, inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea with decent selections, and the attentive restaurant staff all contributed to a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

A causa delle barriere linguistiche, era paziente nel tradurla a noi e nonostante la folla che lo ha fatto entrare e fare impegnativo, si occupava di una per l'altra con classe, professionalità e aiuto di ogni persona. La mia ragazza e io abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel e vacanza a Harbin. Grazie mille per aver fatto del nostro soggiorno una grande. Lo apprezzeremo 10/10

WWangxiangyinOgnuno di noi ha uno scopo quando viaggia, che è incontrare nuovi amici, trovare un posto per l'anima, rilassarsi e ampliare le proprie conoscenze. Per quanto mi riguarda, spero di trovare un posto accogliente, che potrebbe non essere come un cinque stelle hotel. L'hotel è altrettanto lussuoso, ma proprio come i cavalieri di tutto il mondo nel romanzo, condividono le loro vite e intuizioni diverse tra loro. Spero che altri partner che la pensano allo stesso modo siano destinati a venire qui.

UUtente ospite很不錯的一家快捷酒店，是我喜歡的樣子，乾淨清爽。訂的大床房，雖然房間不大但是也足夠。最好的一點就是，雖然房間在走廊盡頭，但不像一些快捷酒店那樣走老遠距離，而是很快就到達電梯，安全性和舒適性都很好。房間隔音衞生設施服務都很滿意。而且預訂能退房也相當方便。
房間在一條叫做買賣街的大路邊，乘車方便。毗鄰第一醫院，走幾步路有吃的。上幾張圖，第一張是酒店窗外，第二張是附近的兆麟公園冰雕。

Anche se è una stanza da 6 persone, possiamo ospitare fino a 4 persone nella nostra stanza. Tutti sono molto entusiasti. Ho incontrato Xiao Liu su il primo giorno e con entusiasmo mi ha parlato dell'acqua calda nel bagno. Dov'è? Grazie mille! Sono tutti molto interessanti ed è così divertente incontrare nuovi amici.
