Il servizio era estremamente terribile e lento, a partire dalla ricezione al ristorante, le bevande si sono costrette per sempre a passare, il pasto principale non era tutto così grande. Molto deludente soprattutto per il prezzo e essere l'hotel più costoso a Harare.

Un hotel meraviglioso per soggiornare. Amichevole ed efficiente personale che ti ha reso così benvenuto. L'alloggio era pulito, il letto molto comodo e una bella doccia calda. Bella vista sul bellissimo giardino. Il colazione era un trattamento assoluto. Grazie a tutti i colleghi per avermi fatto sentire a casa in Africa dopo avermi lasciato per tre anni, e lo consiglierei molto a chiunque rimanga a Harare.

The Hotel Staff are extremely polite and really go out of their way in making your stay pleasant. Check-in was quick and efficient, I was really impressed with the service. The breakfast buffet was delicious and they had staff assisting you with whatever you wanted. I can really say that off all the hotels I've been to, this one definitely has the best service. It's not the Hilton but the service definitely of high quality.

Ho avuto un bel tempo a Cresta Oasis. Le camere erano pulite e senza spot e lo spazio era spazioso. Il personale era amichevole, utile e incredibile. Solo le letti sono un po 'anziani e le docce hanno bisogno di riabilitazione. The customer service from Nyasha Machiwana was top class. She was so polite, expedient and had amazing attention to detail. It has been a refreshing conference. I highly recommend anyone who is having a business meeting or conference to go use Cresta, it has by far surpassed a large number of places in Harare

This definitely was a little haven set amongst a city of contrasts. Margot and her team went out of their way to ensure our stay was relaxing, enjoyable and any needs and requests were promptly and efficiently dealt with. The Lodge is set within a lush garden landscape and rooms and common areas are clean and beautifully appointed. The meals were generous, delicious and varied. This was a wonderful base from which to explore Harare and surrounding areas. We would totally recommend York Lodge to anybody making a visit to Harare
