L'hotel è convenientemente situato in un quartiere tranquillo e sicuro, vicino a molti ristoranti e negozi. Il personale era amichevole e utile, e mi hanno organizzato un taxi all'aeroporto. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita, con un letto confortevole, un ufficio, una TV e un mini frigo. La camera era anche pulita e ben attrezzata, con acqua calda e toilette. Il colazione è delizioso e vario. L'hotel ha anche un bel giardino dove si può rilassarsi e godere della vista. Ho decisamente raccomandato Residence Hotel a chiunque cerca un hotel di lusso nel cuore di Harare"

"I am writing this absolutely glorious review in part because I literally stumbled upon this place by necessity and accident, when every hotel in Harare was sold out for a big conference week. I am so grateful that I did. And the general lack of reviews made me nervous as a solo traveler from the U.S. But here are my thoughts…. What a lovely and unique and charming and comfortable and cozy place. It really is a serene and beautiful place, an oasis a few km from downtown Harare. The room and bathroom are both large and well-appointed. The bed and linens are super comfortable. The overall design is both modern and eclectic, but it totally works. The grounds and pool area are serene and quiet. The staff are kind and welcoming and always greet you with a smile. The gym is right off the pool area. It is small but functional and totally met my needs. The English breakfast each morning was delicious and perfectly done. I recommend eating outside by the pool in the morning as it is so peaceful and relaxing. As a solo traveler, I did not venture out at night for dinner and ate at the hotel. The menu is limited but all the food was well-prepared and delicious. The neighborhood was also quiet and I would walk around by myself each afternoon without any problems. It is a 15 min drive to downtown and I navigated it safely and easily using “InDrive” their version of UBER for $9-10 each way. Very easy Honestly, I simply had an unexpectedly WONDERFUL stay. Wonderful. If you want to hustle and bustle of the city, this is not the place for you. But if you want a beautiful, serene and comfortable refuge from the city - then look no further. Do not be dissuaded from the paucity of reviews. This place is legit! I would most definitely stay here again"

"Il soggiorno è stato piacevole a Cresta Hotel e l'equipaggio ha ospitato molto bene. Sono stato anche fortunato a visitare un giorno in cui hanno una cena tradizionale, con cibi che rappresentano diversi paesi africani. Mi sono davvero divertito della varietà e dell'esperienza che ha fatto sentire la sera speciale. L'unico problema che ho incontrato è stato durante il check-in. Ma ho ricevuto la mia stanza solo alle 3:00. Il tempo di attesa mi sentivo molto lungo, soprattutto perché ero esaurito e aveva già pagato online circa tre ore prima dell'arrivo. Mi aspettavo che il processo sarebbe stato più veloce. In termini di pulizia, la stanza era pulita in tutto, anche se ho notato che i tendini potevano usare un lavaggio; non avevo tempo per usare la palestra, ma la piscina sembrava pulita e ben mantenuta dalla finestra. In generale, è stata una buona esperienza, con grandi cibi, buon servizio e solo pochi settori che potrebbero essere migliorati."
