Hotel in zona Ngọc Lan Viên Yên Thái, Hanoi

Absolutely amazing experience! The hotel is in a sky scraper from where you can see all of Hanoi. I was there during the ***** new year celebrations and one of the best locations to view the firworks was the hotel's lobby and restraunt. The hotel also organized lion dance for ***** new year. The breakfast is also really good with loads and loads of cuisine options. Also try the pecan pie at the cafe, it is absolutely delicious. The best part however is the hospitality team. Kudos to them for making me and my girlfriend feel fully taken care of. Their attention to detail to each guest's plans is immaculate. It was ***** new year night and we could not find a grab as there were none available and we had a train to catch. The staff knew where we were headed as they also helped us book. They had already ordered a cab for us as we were getting late. The team made our stay delightful and I will definitely be back.

The hotel was located on the main street, so there were many restaurants, marts, and coffee shops. The exterior was decorated splendidly. The hotel room was clean, and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was buffet style, and lots of food was served. If you are food lover then i just suggest only this hotel in Hanoi. The staff were kind, too

Thank you very much for taking care of me!!! Mr Anh at Fronk Desk was very polite and helpful finding my padlock which was lost at hotel lobby, after 10 minutes he got it back and send to my room. The hotel is clean, have nice breakfast and very close to the oldtown I will recommend to my friends and family, thank you and keep it up 👍

The staff are very nice, the room is clean and comfotable. I have great time in this hotel. Very convenient location in old quarter....budget friendly...receptionist ms.lieu and owner mr. Tung were allways there n very helpful....maids also very very accomodative....highly recommend this property....

5 STARS, highly recommended & will definitely return if in Hanoi! The entire hotel crew works around the clock, always greeting you with a warm smile & checking in if we need anything. We stayed for 3 nights! The room is spacious even for a twin room, the toliet, the bed, everything was great. The breakfast & cafe area is one of the best for a boutique hotel. Their menu is so extensive that i love everything especially their PHO & Bun Bo Nam No. Its SO GOOD, EVEN BETTER THAN THOSE RESTAURANTS/Street ones I am so thankful i chose Minerva Premium Hotel, thank you for gifting me such a great Hanoi Experience, keep up the excellent job! Ho prenotato in questo albergo basandomi sulla posizione strategica: al confine tra la città vecchia e quella più moderna, in modo da poter visitare tutto a piedi. Ma in realtà il valore più grande di questo albergo è nella cura dedicata dal personale agli ospiti. Sono stata 3 settimane e mi hanno aiutato a organizzare escursioni a Ha long bay e Sa Pa, corso di cucina e visite per la città. Ogni volta che mi muovevo in città mi prenotavano il taxi dicendo quanto avrei dovuto spendere per evitare fregature. Lo sky bar e il ristorante dell'hotel hanno cibi ottimi e vista mozzafiato aulla città. La silk road, ottima per i regalini, è a 3 minuti a piedi. Il mercato notturno del fine settimana inizia praticamente lì accanto. Ma malgrado questo l'hotel è un posto tranquillo, con una spa che è un'oasi di benessere e tranquillità. Posto veramente da raccomandare!

こちらのホテルは4泊5日の日程で利用しましたが、部屋は常に清潔で、クーラーは強力、朝食ビュッフェもとてもおいしかったです。特に牛肉フォーは外の有名レストランのそれよりおいしかったし、毎朝のベトナムアイスコーヒーも外のカフェと変わらないくらい美味しく、大満足です。また旅行最終日、日本へのフライトが深夜だったのですが、チェックアウトした後もシャワーを使わせてくれてとても助かりました。（あのままだと汗をかいたまま飛行機に乗らないといけなかったため）ホテルのスタッフ皆が親切でしたが、JennyとMには特に親切にしてもらいました。素晴らしい体験をありがとう！ I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, the room was always clean, the air conditioner was powerful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. In particular, the beef pho was better than that of the famous restaurant outside, and the Vietnamese iced coffee every morning was as delicious as the café outside, and I was very satisfied. Also, on the last day of the trip, my flight to Japan was late at night, but they let me use the shower even after checking out, which was very helpful. All the hotel staff were very nice (because I had to get on the plane sweating as it was), but Jenny and M were especially helpful. Thanks for the great experience!

Staff were very helpful. They speak fluent English. This hotel does not have a dining place and therefore no breakfast. That is not a issue as there are lots of eateries nearby. I put up with Marina Hotel for 5 days, 4 nights. I thoroughly enjoyed my entire stay with them.

Recentemente sono rimasto a La Siesta Classic Hang Thung per una notte, e, onestamente, non è stato abbastanza! Hotel Property: 1. La posizione dell'hotel è grande. È proprio nel centro del quartiere antico di Hanoi, così si può facilmente camminare per il lago Hoan Kiem e godere dell'atmosfera vivace. 2. È bello che l'hotel abbia solo due mesi e sembra sorprendente. Le camere sono di buona dimensione, e il design moderno è Instagram-worthy. E' piuttosto impressionante che anche squarciati in una piscina nel mezzo dei stretti spazi del Quartiere vecchio. Servizio 1. Abbiamo arrivato all'hotel molto presto da Sapa, e le nostre camere non erano pronte, ma il signor VP al divano era molto bello. Egli è uscito dal suo cammino per organizzare una doccia per noi. E' stato un vero aiuto per farci pulire dalla lunga passeggiata del treno. 2. Ho fatto una prenotazione per 3 persone quando ci erano solo due di noi.Il signor VP l'ha immediatamente notato e ci ha aggiornato in una suite junior senza saperlo. È stata una piacevole sorpresa e sicuramente ha fatto il nostro giorno. La cosa non così grande: Ci sono stati alcuni problemi che avrebbero potuto migliorare l'esperienza complessiva. 1. Ci chiedevamo di più acqua e ghiaccio circa le 9:00, ma non l'avevano mai portata. Finalmente, usciamo e comprammo acqua, e ricordammo al tavolo di fronte di mandare un po' di ghiaccio nella stanza. Ma anche dopo aver ricordato personalmente il tavolo di fronte, non c'è ghiaccio tutta la notte. 2. La cena al colazione era buona, ma il servizio poteva essere migliore.Quando volevamo sederci vicino alla finestra, il server insisteva che ci sedessimo su un altro tavolo. Mi ha girato gli occhi quando le ho detto che preferiremmo sederci vicino alla finestra. Poi ha sbagliato a ripulire la nostra tavola, ha appena cambiato il taglio, ma non ha sostituito i placcami usati. Non l'abbiamo molestata dopo che sembrava annoiata. Ma nonostante questi piccoli trucchetti, consiglierei di fare una buona vacanza a Hanoi, un bel posto con camere pulite e un bel personale di fronte al tavolo.
