Hotel in zona Dong Da District-Temple of Literature, Hanoi

Non conosco altri hotel in Vietnam, ma quando li ho confrontati, ad esempio, con la Cina, ho notato differenze nelle strutture e nella qualità del cibo all'interno della stessa fascia di prezzo. Non è appropriato che Trip.com dia a questo posto 4 stelle, ma 3 stelle sarebbero appropriate. Gli aspetti positivi sono che la posizione è buona, le camere sono spaziose e sembrano un po' lussuose e il personale è cordiale. È stato molto utile poterlo utilizzare facilmente come punto di sosta per i luoghi di interesse turistico e poter tornare in hotel e riposare lungo la strada. Tuttavia, l'insonorizzazione della stanza era scarsa ed è stato doloroso essere svegliati più volte nel cuore della notte da cani che abbaiavano, macchine ferme e altri rumori nello stesso edificio. C'è una fessura nel tappo e l'acqua calda non si raccoglie nella vasca. Il buffet sembra avere un po' di varietà e molti piatti semplici. Non posso dire che il buffet mattutino mi abbia dato energia per la giornata.

The service is consistent and professional throughout. It has been, in fact, enhanced since my previous stay during it's opening year. For one, the executive lounge is in full swing, albeit plagued by occasional inconsiderate guests who talk for prolonged periods on their mobile phones or book the meeting room for the purpose of dining with their friends on the pretext of discussing work. The lobby moniterance can be more effective i.e. enforcing orderly conduct and behaviour over rowdy and aggressive mainland Chinese tourists. Devices and voices should be kept to a minimum in public spaces to maintain proper decorum. The hotel ground staff need to be more vigilant in this regard. That said, the service staff are to be highly commended. The Guest Experience Manager, Ms. Hannah, is extremely approachable and knowledgeable. She provided me with valuable tips on places of interests within the city and beyond. She always makes herself available and is often seen interacting passionately with guests around the property. Certainly, the executive lounge staff, Lucas, Kevin, Audrey, Estee, Lynn and Crystal are very attentive and guest-centric. No request is ever overwhelming for them and they portray the executive lounge to a very high standard. I was touched by staff who recognised me though my previous stay was some two years back. Concierge, Mr. Ku, welcomed me warmly with his sincere and genuine hospitality style. The Duty Manager, Mr. Harry, did his best to resolve my room issues and was always following up diligently on my preferences. Front Office staff, Ellen and Anna, who were also present since the opening of the hotel, maintain their friendly and charming dispositions. The lobby bar staff are impressive, with dedicated staff like Duc and Mr. Thang, the outlet manager, who remembered me by name and concocted a special ginger/lemongrass tea when he found out that I had a dry throat. Buona colazione abbondante, camera pulita, personale cordiale e fantastico del servizio clienti. Amo davvero Pullman. Il loro servizio non mi delude affatto. Questo è il tipo di servizio che fa venire voglia di tornare in hotel per il prossimo soggiorno. Altamente raccomandato.

Sono rimasto una settimana nel marzo 2024 per il mio viaggio d'affari a Hanoi. Un appartamento molto bello e grande . All'arrivo Il desk di registrazione è stato aggiornato in una più grande 2 camera da letto al piano 5. Letti confortevoli e divano. AC funziona bene e è silenzioso. La cucina è molto utile. Il lavastoviglie è nuovo e funziona perfettamente .... Molto tranquillo .... La palestra è troppo bassa e piccola. Nessun piscina e sauna. Il colazione è medio e sempre lo stesso .... Tè fresco, uova, zuppa di noodle e frutta erano la mia routine mattina. Ho davvero goduto di rimanere in Nesta appartamento ... Molto bel personale di pulizia della stanza, un ufficio di gestione molto professionale, un soggiorno senza saldatura e confortevole in effetti. Il disturbo è che devi chiamare un taxi per raggiungere il vecchio quartiere e altri punti della città. Ma la qualità e il costo sono grandi. Molto raccomandato

It was a really good and comfortable experience staying here. Especially the breakfast is one of the best I have had during my visit in Vietnam. The service here is also great. The receptionist I talked with wasn’t fluent in English. But she tried her best to inform about the amenities.

골목안에 위치해 있어서,네비**션으로 찾을때 조금찾는게 어려웠지만.이후 호텔밖을 나가고 다시 들어왔을때는 찾기쉽다. 앞에 호텔처럼,어플예약으로 결제완료된것을 파악하지못한것은 아쉽지만,빠르게 이해하시고 대처해주셨다. 장점이 참많은 호텔이다. 여권은 사진만 찍고 바로 주셔서 좋았고 디포짓도 없었다.그이외 어떠한 유료도 없었다. 호텔안에 오토바이를 무료로 주차할수 있다. 세탁기가 있다-건조는 옥상에서 한다고한다. 시설도 너무 깨끗하고,에어콘과 냉장고,TV . 모두 잘관리되어 좋았다. 친절하신 사장님까지. 오래 머물지는 못해 아쉽지만. 다음에 또 방문하고싶은 곳이다. -사진은 찍은게 없는데 어쩌다 찍힌ㅋㅋㅋ 침대위공간 ㅋ

We couldn't have chosen a better spot for our Hanoi adventure. The hotel's location in Dong Da district proved ideal, with easy access to both the Old Quarter and cultural landmarks. The free Wi-Fi was consistently strong, and the 24-hour front desk was incredibly helpful. Special mention to their personalized tour arrangements - they organized our Ninh Binh trip perfectly. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained.

The rooms are very clean, convenient with a lot of equipments. Employees are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is really good with a lot of choices. The spa is also very good for massage and not so expensive. I highly recommend this hotel and the apartments.
