Hotel a Hanoi, Ba Đình

The accommodation was spacious, which was great. It was convenient to have a refrigerator and a washing machine, and the inverter made cooking possible. The staff were friendly, and I liked that it was close to Lotte and Vincom Plaza.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the toilet is also big and equipment with automated bidet seat and a gold bathtub. The location is convenient to get food around the area and there is a circle k convenience store nearby. However, the breakfast wasn't so fantastic as the selection was not much for cooked food and the taste was not really nice.

Excellent service and location. Rooms are clean and food is very delicious. Committed to this hotel every time I travel to Hanoi.

Great location, very clean, nice food. However the service is really bad. I had to request and explain many times to the receptionist as well as the room staffs to put the 2 single bed into a king size bed as per my booking requirement. However, they did not cooperate and try to find reason not to do it. It took almost an hour for them to make a decision to finally do it for me. Such a bad experience. As a regular biz traveller to Vietnam, this is my 1st time experience this kind of unprofessional service for an international brand hotel. Very disappointed. I hope you will improve it otherwise this would be my last visit to this hotel.

Il servizio è stato ottimo. Personale molto cordiale e accomodante, in particolare il personale notturno: la Sig.ra Ly, la Sig.ra Than, la Sig.ra Hang e un ragazzo (non ho capito il suo nome). La camera era pulita. È stato facile raggiungere molti punti caldi turistici dall'hotel. Servizio lavanderia, lavaggio e asciugatura, stiratura a vapore su richiesta. Il personale è stato in grado di suggerire posti nelle vicinanze dove mangiare in base a ciò che stavi cercando. Lo consiglierei👌

The hotel is basically new, everything is beautifully clean, the rooms even though are the basic are really spacious and with all the amenities , the breakfast is decent with local food, the terrace is a nice place to hang out and relax, the people in the front desk are really nice and able to help you always, great option to stay in Hanoi
