La stanza è più grande del previsto, adatta per le vacanze in famiglia. Offrono un buon servizio. Ho bisogno dell'adattatore universale da viaggio e ce lo diano il prima possibile 😊👍🏻.

Nel cuore del quartiere vecchio, in un edificio coloniale in un vicolo semi nascosto. Ha un ascensore e tutti i comfort in stile tradizionale. La parte migliore è lo spazioso balcone della mia stanza. Alcuni di questi edifici nel quartiere vecchio potrebbero non avere un ascensore. Ma questo posto soddisfa tutti i requisiti.

Il mio soggiorno ad Hanoi è stato fantastico grazie all'art hotel. La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta per esplorare la città. Lo staff ha anche dato consigli perfetti su ristoranti e prenotazioni di trasporti o attività. Sfruttate la loro conoscenza! Lo consiglierei sicuramente!

Awesome stay ! They had a big screen with netflix ps4 and other entertainment in the rooms ! With a balcony with a view . Everywhere is walking distance . Everything stated is accurate and i can vouch for it ! Lived like a king for 2 nights .

Location is a bit tricky to find, but actually after we find the location as in the maps it’s still go a bit to find. Room was very nice actually

Great location to explore The Old Town in Ha Noi for really good price. Nearby Ta Hien Street and Hoan Kiem Lake. Police staff and cozy room ❤️

This hotel is located in a great location, though it could get noisy at times with all sorts of activities still going till the early morning.

Great customer service special from mr.min and other guy in the morning who help a lot from booking my sapa trip ...I will recommend these hotel . unfortunately the a/c was not cold enough in our room 202 .we have to use the fan the whole nice to get about cold since it was so hot the day we stayed..

Located near the busy street of Old Quarter. Room is big with all necessary amenities. It's just my room is quite old and has a lot of bugs. But with the price and location, i think its quite fair. Receptionist also help us to store our luggage before our check in time

The staff are super friendly and helpful to our needs, very clear and detailed with the explanations👍 Location is quite strategic but cars cant come inside due to the small road, its easy to search for food around and shop for souvenirs

The room was very clean and tidy. I have been to the old town many times but this is the first time I have stayed in a comfortable room. Happy friendly staff.
