Staying at this hostel last year was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had! So I didn’t hesitate in staying there again when I went back to Hanoi cause from the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like family. They greeted me with genuine smiles, helped me settle in, and were always checking in to make sure I was comfortable. What truly sets this place apart is how incredibly helpful they are with booking tours. They went above and beyond to help me organize trips making sure I got the best experience possible. They even kept in touch during my tours, checking in to see if everything was going smoothly and if I needed anything. It felt amazing to know that someone was looking out for me every step of the way. Beyond just being helpful, the staff genuinely care about their guests. Whether it was recommending hidden gems in Hanoi or simply asking about my day, their warmth made all the difference. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home while exploring Vietnam, this is it. I can’t recommend it enough!

First of all this is my first time stayed in Hostels ever. I booked it because of the reviews abiu social activities etc. I haven't met anyone. In fact people were sitting with headphones on playing on the laptops. Not very social. Minus: Cleaning should be improved. It was dirty, the cleaner cleaned bathroom, but not the floor in the room, so heair was everywhere. They don't chamge bedsheets after previous customers as well. No place where to hang the towel, even there is a balcony. The room is much bigger on the photos. In fact it's smaller Plus: Good chef, friendly stuff. As I said it was my first and the last time in hostels ever. This bed coasts like a normal private room, but you feel uncomfortable with another 3 people, have to wait to visit a bathroom, listen to their snoring, coughing. So I canceled my other prepaid days and moved to another hotel where I can sleep and sh*t when I want.

A great hostel. Fantastic location and the staff were very helpful. Extra little touch of free beer for 30mins was great. Would recommend to friends and family.

I've stayed in this place many times, super recommended, very clean and the staff at the front desk is super helpful, plus they give beer for free from 6:30pm to 7 pm!!!

Leuk hostel, top locatie old quarter. Vlakbij drukte maar je hoort er niks van. Hostel kan goede excursies regelen zoals de Ha Giang Loop. Dat was echt het hoogtepunt! Eten is goed! 24 uurs receptie

獨自旅行最適合的就是青旅了，訂的女生宿舍，超出意料的乾淨，整潔，每天有人清理打掃，室友也都很好很熱情，喜歡

超級棒，晚上還有免費酒水。雖然我不喝，前台接待都非常熱情，很推薦，且就在古街裏，旁邊就是spa店很方便

Séjour très agréable. Le lieu est vraiment bien aéré, les lits en dortoir agréables avec des rideaux tout autour. Il est très bien situé, proche des commerces et du lac. L'ascenseur nous et nous descend en musique. Ça m'a beaucoup plu.😉😉
