The hotel is located at Hoan Kiem area, convenient location for shopping and nice restaurants. Bus stop is located in front of the hotel, where you can ride on the public bus to airport.

It was ok, the Airport bus stop which is located opposite of hotel is a great help.

Good location in old town, basic, noisy.

They were so nice! Because I arrived early, I was ready to wait for a room. But they said a guest had missed their flight and not checked out. They asked if I would take a lower grade room and they would pay for the cab to the airport and fix me a takeaway breakfast since I was leaving at 5:30am. Sure! Only one night, my room without windows has a '"cooler" not refrigerator but a note on it said I could keep food in kitchen if necessary. Not needed but thoughtful. The room was adorable and I took a nap before heading out and exploring the streets that evening. Very safe, interesting shops and eateries nearby. Would definitely stay again.

この宿を選ぶ理由は、空港行きの86バスが停車するバス停が目の前にある事。すぐ近くにビアホイがある事。ビール好きなら10歩で天国に行ける。喫煙のためバルコニー付き部屋に泊まったが、他のホテルと同様に道路に近い部屋は騒音と振動がある。設備は古いが清潔に保たれておりリピートします。

住宿條件很一般，但價格不貴。好處是靠近老城區旺市，出門步行幾分鐘就可以到達還劍湖、三十六古街和木偶劇院，便利了遊玩出行…

スタッフの対応が素晴らしい。 ロケーションもよろしい。 部屋の広さもいい。 電気とお湯のスイッチが若干面倒くさい。

非常感謝拉菲爾飯店服務，我只短暫住ㄧ晚，但體驗非常好，飯店人員還體貼的幫我把柚子，冰在冰箱裡，服務用心貼心，溝通無障礙，飯店人員英文非常好～，也很用心努力試著用中文表達心意，下次我有機會，還會過去住宿，地點也非常好，門口就是通往機場的86號公車站，對背包客來說，是很方便的選擇～👍👍

관광지와 거리는 가깝습니다 하지만 방에 개미가 많이 기어다니고 청결하지 못합니다 또한 방에 많이 습한 편이며 이불이 보송하지 않습니다

Piccolo hotel nel cuore del quartiere francese, camere accoglienti e pulitissime, lo staff diretto da Mark, persona speciake, molto preparato gentile accogliente, pronto ad aiutarti e a consigliarti in qualsiasi cosa. La crociera che ci ha organizzato è stat super, ci ha organizzato il trasferimento a Ninh Bhin da Ha Long Bay anche senza acquistare il tour. Ma soprattutto fate colazione lì, io non ce l'avevo compresa nella camera ma l'ho provata, superrr😋😋
