ノイバイ空港行きの86番のバスが停まるバス停まで歩いて5分です。近くにコンビニやレストランが多数あるので観光客にも便利です。 スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで親切でしたが部屋に常備してある水に有料のものと無料のものがあるのはトラブルになりそうです。室内に料金の掲示があればいいと思います。

スマイルホテルだと思ってましたが着いたらスマイル“ホステル“となっていてわかりづらかったです。でも悪くはないです。

Zero hygiene. Everything is extremely dirty, the sheets, pillows, everything. Bathroom wall has grime on it. We swiped the side table with tissue and it came out black with dirt. Terrible experience. They told us the water was free and charged us for it claiming that only ‘the purple bottles’ were free.

Très bon hôtel pour un petit séjour a Hanoï. L'accueil était super ! Merci à Bùi qui nous a beaucoup aidé dans l'organisation de nos journées. Personnel très gentil et disponible. Merci Bùi ! Khách sạn rất tốt cho kỳ nghỉ ngắn ngày tại Hà Nội. Sự chào đón thật tuyệt vời! Cảm ơn Bùi đã giúp chúng tôi rất nhiều trong việc tổ chức các ngày của mình. Nhân viên rất tốt bụng và có sẵn. Cảm ơn Bùi!
