วันที่ 7 ตุลาคม 2024..ทางเราเดินทางไปถึงโรงแรมไม่ถึง 12:00 น เข้าไปติดต่อในโรงแรมเพื่อเช็คอิน..พนักงานที่อยู่หน้า front แจ้งว่าขอเวลาเช็คสักครู่หนึ่ง..นั่งรอไม่นานเธอแจ้งว่าไม่มี booking การจอง..ทางเรายังเอา booking การจองให้ดูว่ามีการจองและชำระเงินไว้เรียบร้อยแล้ว..พนักงานยังโยกโย้ว่าไม่มีการจอง..แสดงว่าเราต้องเสียเงินฟรีใช่ไหมกับโรงแรมนี้ในเวลานั้นเราติดต่อที่ทริปดอทคอมไม่ได้..จึงตัดสินใจโทรแชทหาเอเจนซี่ในเวียดนามคนหนึ่งที่เราจองรถบัสนอนเพื่อจะไปที่ซาปา..เล่าเหตุการณ์ที่เขาฟังแล้วให้เขาช่วยพูดกับพนักงานในโรงแรมให้..หลังจากนั้นพนักงานในโรงแรมจึงแจ้งว่า..ขอเช็คดูอีกทีหนึ่งว่าใครเป็นผู้รับจองห้องให้เรา..ทางฝ่ายเอเจนซี่ที่เราขอความช่วยเหลือเขาเขาอธิบายให้ฟังแบบนี้ว่า..โรงแรมนี้ปฏิเสธว่าไม่ได้ทำการค้าขายกับtrip.com..เขาไม่ทราบว่าใครนำโรงแรมเขาไปฝากขายกับtrip.com..ทางเราฟังดูก็รู้แล้วว่ามันเป็นไปไม่ได้ที่ทางเราจองมาเรียบร้อยแล้วทางเขาบอกว่าไม่ทราบอะไรเลย..จึงใจเย็นๆรอดูเหตุการณ์..จน 3 โมงกว่าจึงจะได้ห้อง..แล้วอยู่ๆก็ได้ห้องขึ้นมาเฉยเลยหรอ..เขาคงสงสัยว่าเรารู้จักกับคนเวียดนามได้อย่างไร..หากไม่มีเอเจนซี่คนนั้นช่วยประสานงานให้คิดว่าคงต้องไปหาโรงแรมอื่นพักแน่นอนเพราะเจตนามันบอกว่าไม่ซื่ออย่างชัดเจน..อยากให้trip.com..ตรวจสอบคู่ค้าให้ละเอียดกว่านี้ใครที่จะฝากขายโรงแรมกับทางคุณ..ลูกค้าจะได้ไม่เป็นผู้เสียหายและเสียความรู้สึกเมื่อเดินทางไปต่างประเทศแล้วเจอเหตุการณ์ไม่คาดฝัน..อยากบอกว่าเมื่อเราได้ห้องแล้วเดินตามพนักงานคนนั้นเข้าห้องไปเขาเป็นคนเปิดประตูนำเราเข้าไป..เราจึงถ่ายวีดีโอไว้ทุกขั้นตอนให้เขาเห็นว่าเราถ่ายวีดีโอไว้นะหากจะแบล็คเมล์ว่ามีของเสียหายคงต้องคุยกันยาว..โรงแรมนี้แย่มากค่ะ..แย่ระดับมิจฉาชีพเลยนะคะ..ยังไม่นับรวมถึง massage ที่มีบริการในโรงแรม..ราคาก็ไม่ซื่อตรงถึงเวลาก็บวกเกินความจริง..เมื่อเราขนของขึ้นไปแล้วแต่ลูกสาวยังใช้บริการสปาสระผมอยู่ซึ่งมันมีราคาในโบรชัวร์ทุกอย่าง..ถึงเวลาเรียกเก็บเกินราคาและขอทิปต่างหากอีกคนละ 50,000 ดอง..ซึ่งสิ่งเหล่านี้ไม่สามารถบังคับลูกค้าได้อยู่แล้ว..จนลูกสาวโทรมาแล้วบอกแม่ลงมาช่วยหน่อย..เขาจึงยอมคิดตามราคาในโบรชัวร์ ฝากไว้นะคะโรงแรมนี้ใครที่ผ่านมาเห็นอย่าจองเด็ดขาด..เจอมาแล้วค่ะโกงหน้าด้านๆเลย..ประเทศเวียดนามมาหลายครั้งไม่เคยอคติกับโรงแรมไหนนะคะ..แต่ถ้านักท่องเที่ยวเห็นแล้วไม่เชื่อรีวิวนี้คุณอยากจองคิดว่าน่าจะโดนเหมือนๆกันค่ะ

We stayed at this hotel earlier this year and clearly regretted not taking taking the advice of other traveller's reviews. The location is very good,located just off train street however, everything good ends there. We booked a city view, checked and they gave us a box room with a window into the hallway. We then said nope and they moved us to a room with a window that faced out to the back over the hotel amongst the hotel construction garage, at this point we just said xxxx. The next day they moved us to the city view which is actually a small street view that faces onto a very busy walk way and had partying and loud noise all night, the best part the room had a toxic sewerage smell that was so bad you could taste it, yes super gross. Mentioned as we checked out, response, o we will check it. There are a lot of better choices in the same area.

I think probably most of the reviews are not genuine as the hotel is old, tired and not very good. Rooms are small, badly decorated and smell bad. Location is far from old quarter and not near any tourist locations. The reception is so small, other part is massage! Staff OK only. I'd recommend other hotels near the lake. Will not stay again!

I did a massage with Ha and she's the best! So careful and sweet, she really knows what she's doing and besides that Ha is a really nice person. It was the best massage in Asia and I have been all around... Several times! Thank you Ha! Really recommend!

Unfortunately, the pictures do not correspond to reality. The hotel is very loveless and a bit dirty, there were only broken child-sized bamboo chairs on the balcony to sit on, the bathroom was in very poor condition. Payment was quick, but it took hours to get a receipt. There is a party going on in the street until late into the night. I am glad I arrived late and checked out next day very early. Better you stay somewhere else.
