Decent hotel for the price. It’s a walking distance from the bus stop and the front desk is open 24/7 so if you’re arriving late, it’s a perfect choice. Rooms are ok, quite clean. Beds are comfy. Staff is friendly. Also close to a lot of cafes and restaurants.

Okay okay no bad no good. Small bathrooms.

Location: Strategic if you are travelling to Sapa via Soviet Sleeper Bus. Minutes walk, very convenient for early departures. Amenities: Not for long stays, ok for a night or two. We experienced a blackout due to faulty wirings in the middle of the night. I believe the front reception staff cum Facility tech, was Wee, very accommodating. But he handled all alone with the help of my husband within 30-45min. Service: Very friendly and good upfront service. Overall, was inconvenient but for the price you are paying for a night it was good night sleep. Wee should be heavily commissionioned to wear so many hats in that Facility. Was happy with his accommodating service.

This hotel is very clean and the owner is very kind and helpful. They taught me how to get to the airport, cleaned my room every day, talked to me, and I had a great time.thank you so much! ここのホテルはとても綺麗で、オーナーさんも優しくて親切です。空港までの行き方を教えてくれたり、毎日部屋のクリーニングをしてくれたり、たくさんお話をしてくれました。とてもいい時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございます。

The manager of the hotel was really nice to wait till we arrived late in the night to hand us our room keys. The room was pretty spacious too but air con was not super duper powerful. But the location was good and has a lift up to our room as well.

Good location. Room could have been updated. staff were friendly and helpful.

Located right on the main road, they don't even provide free water bottle on checkin. Very noisy room, proximity to.old quarters. They dint have the card swipe machine, I was told it's broken the same day. Bathrooms were very small. They do arrange cheaper cab to airport though.
